I use the original Link since 1+ year and love it. I needed a second webcam for my other PC and decided the get the Link 2 once it was available, but ended up returning it after a day. The Link 2 has one less axis than the Link, it is bigger in size (feels a bit more sturdy though), but I could still live with these drawbacks. The major issue (at least at the time I am writing this) is the buggy and slow control software, which kills the user experience. I also was not aware that the in camera bokeh effect (which I was looking for) would not work on my Intel Core Ultra 7 laptop. Also, why is there no case included in the hefty 230 CHF price? Overall the new version is a disappointment after having the previous version and I ended up returning it.

Online purchasing and pickup was quick and easy. I really like this webcam. I have tried a ton of different ones and this is, by far, one of the best I have purchased and used. I would highly recommend it. Plus, Best Buy was the same price as Amazon on this item. So I was able to order and pickup on the same day.
