I have a Elgato Facecam and it's a great looking camera with no auto focus. It's been a sky camera. I use it over my shoulder when I'm in my weekly live streams. I unboxed this Insta360 Link and set it up live on Tuesday, September 13th and even used the hand signals, the software and I even tested the White board feature and it all worked. I love the tracking and the AI seems to do a great job. I'm giving it 5 stars because it's by far the best web camera I have ever used. I may run into some issues as I use it and find it's limits. Is it worth the price tag perhaps time will tell.

Plug is USB-C, but can work with a USB adapter, which is how I use it. Great for zooms. Can be repositioned using the computer application, which is also used to change the manual picture settings. An expensive, yet very sophisticated camera that can adjust itself and track the user according the settings we add. I no longer have to adjust the camera's angle (what a breeze of fresh air). Also, I love the fact you only pay one price and it also covers tax and delivery fee as well. For something that expensive, I'm glad it delivers in term of quality. I just can't believe such camera exists, it is so flexible that you can plug in your phone going outside (didn't try, but love the fact you have the ability for it), or as a standard PC webcam (which is my common main use). It also delivers a high quality video (720p to 2160p) for vlogs or professional streaming etc. I have yet to try them all.

I've had it for a day so far, so we can take that in mind, but I'm loving this webcam. I'm able to adjust the picture nicely and zoom in on myself. The tracking works great for when I move around in my seat during Zoom conferences, and it maintains the zoom-in level while tracking me.I haven't been able to really work with the overhead mode or with the whiteboard mode (I don't have a whiteboard), but the desk view and face tracking have been excellent. Had it on a brief call with my team and now everyone wants one.Setup of the control software and everything is also incredibly simple. I couldn't be happier that I picked this up.

I bought the Insta360 Link for work. It was a bit of a gamble as I can’t install software on my work machine, and I wasn’t sure what all plug and play features the camera had. Thankfully, the camera is fantastic and supports hand gestures out of the box with no software needed. The quality is superb, even with my atrocious lighting conditions. I do not regret this purchase. My only frustration is that the camera does not remember my settings (head tracking, and zoom level). Each time I use the camera I have to redo both, which is rather frustrating. I’d rather not join a meeting and then wave my hand about near my face to set it up each time I use it.
This is an absolutely amazing webcam. I've used them all over the last 20 years. Golf ball cams, C920/C930, Cisco Tandberg Precision HD, Brio 4K, even A6400's interfaced with Cam Link 4K / ATEM mini. This webcam produces amazing image quality with accurate color temperature and very acceptable dynamic range. By far the best USB webcam I have ever used. At home in the studio, I will keep my mirrorless cameras and video switcher, but this will be the new camera for the road / hotels. Just unreal. Only reason to keep mirrorless for webcam uses is depth of field.
