Some of the small silver screws were not included and there was quite a few creases in the polycarbonate sheets this time. The two end metL brackets were longer than the polycarbonate sheets and I believe that the product should be better quality for value.The product is made in China and probably cost a quarter of the price so someone is making a big profit.Thankýou for your timeDeb Varley

The product was easily assembled and installed by two people. It came with wall fixture fittings which we used to secure to a brick wall. I also inserted a curtain rod through the end brackets to hang plants from. Good quality for the price.
Initially thought awning was a little flimsy, but retensioning frame screws firmed it up. Once hung on Hardieflex it became quite solid and am very pleased with it. Only criticism is the single method of fixing provided (heavy Ramset type bolts). Thanks.
Didn't come with flashing tape to waterproof edges and detailed instructions which are easy to get from Youtube, but otherwise perfect, sturdy and relatively easy to assemble with a mallet to join when adding flashing tape and with two people on ladders to fit. Looks great and does the job, even my wife likes the look!
Hi the product does what you expect it to do but poor instructions also poor choice of options for installing to wood as they only supply bolts that are designed for stone or brick walls. Also the sheets have some slight damage ( indents ) not enough to warrant returning but packaging could be better
Structure is strong and shape makes it very nice. I was honestly not expecting it to be that good. Cover is not plain but structurally strong. No noise when its raining. We had to do few research to find one vendor. This product fully fulfilled our needs.
The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that I felt it needed a bit more strengthening to hold it firm in strong winds. I screwed more holes into the corners to keep them tightly together. Otherwise is it excellent. Arms are plastic so wont rust. Awning itself is made of weather proof plastic. I left the white protective coating on the underside to shade my back door more in summer. It might not hold for long in the weather but its under neath so not in the direct sun. It is meant to be taken off, not designed to stay on just to prevent it from getting scratched in transit. I will buy another one after I see how this one holds up but pretty confident it will be fine
