I absolutely love this camera! It’s the perfect size to travel with and I’ve taken it with me all over the world. When I was in Ethiopia and Uganda I would take photos of farming families and give them the photos as a momentum and thanks for their time. They loved the photos and were astonished that they developed immediately. Many of my favorite memories both domestic and abroad have been clearly documented with this camera. The photo clarity is fantastic and photos fully develop within a couple minutes!

Once again this is not the exact camera I have, I have the Instax mini 7+, but Influenster did not have that option for that one. So here is my review on the Fujifilm Instax mini instant camera 7+. I got the pink one, but they also have (all pastel) blue, coral, purple, yellow. I purchased mine from Walmart for $49, but the prices are about the same on Amazon and eBay. They had a lot better deals they were just sold out when I went to my local Walmart, but you can get a option with a case, accessories, 10 pics for $69. I had to purchase a "groovy case" for $12.88 separately. Then for $100 you can get all that's included for $69 plus extra pics, lens, album for the mini pics. Also the quality of the pics are really nice they have a retro (90s) vibe to them. Best purchase of the year

I bought this as a Christmas gift for myself as I've had my instax mini 8 for over a decade already. Hands down the best purchase ever. The design is smooth and easier to grasp, the built in selfie mirror makes it so much easier to take quick selfies withought the need to attach and detach the accessory. I love the fact that it brings 2 different straps so I can choose how I want to carry it. The album is great for keeping the pictures safe and in one place, the matching design with the camera sticker is really cute too. All of that plus 2 stands and a film pack is a steal. Would definitely recommend.

Difficult to download pictures to computer

I am very pleased with the overall picture taking quality of this camera. Both the full auto and the manual picture shooting ease are excellent and produce great photos from low light indoors to bright snow lite scenes outdoors. Very good close ups indoors of Atlantic Salmon fishing flies I tied for publication. I have already dropped it twice, once on a concrete floor and again slipping on some ice outdoors with no damage. Now the bad...its impossible to down load pictures on older 'Windows' operating systems with Windows software despite the claim of being compatible. You can however view and delete photos, but not save or edit. (using the USB camera port) Downloading to newer systems is still awkward even with downloading the Fuji software. The best way I found is to insert the SD card into my 20 year old Canon DSRL and download to my computer(s) that way. I have not tried the wireless methods but as some of my photos are of proprietary mechanical equipment I generally do not down load wireless or to internet connected computers.

Easy and fun camera

Easy and fun to use!I actually bought this to send pictures along with a manifest for a literal barrel of gifts I’m sending to an island in the Caribbean. As far as instant cameras go it works great. I was alive and had the original Polaroid instant camera back in the day so I think I’m somewhat qualified to give a review. Lol!!The Fuji brand has been around and I’ve never had a problem with them, yet.This Fuji instant camera only takes a moment to get used to orienting the camera and turning the camera on using the lens. It’s easy to take selfies and close up pics, it’s one of the functions. In fact this camera has 3 easy setups, off, on and closeup. Great Bundle!

I can't say enough about this bundle. I bought this for my son's 10th birthday to take to camp. I have unboxed it and used it myself to test it out. It is absolutely adorable. The camera is pretty straightforward. The photo quality is what I would expect from an instant camera. There is a light sensor on it to indicate the best setting for your picture and they very easy dial the toggles between the settings. Seems totally doable for a 10-year-old. As for the bundle, I don't think I have been this satisfied with a bundle of anything maybe ever. Everything in it is totally adorable. I really like the carrying case. There is a neck strap with an opening for the shutter so that you can take pictures very easily while you're wearing it. Great Gift!

I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas gift. It was on her “must have” list. It’s a great little camera, and works really well. We only had one issue where the power light would flash, and it would not produce a photo. It ended up being the batteries. The batteries that came with the camera were no longer functional. Ever since we put in fresh batteries, there have been no issues. The accessories are really cute too. She loves her gift.

Great gift for my 6 year old

Got this for my 6 year old for Christmas and she has not put it down. It’s easy enough for her to operate and carry. She instantly has pictures to enjoy. Deducted a star for the following: The shutter does stick and we have wasted pictures without realizing it. The photo album is cheap and slots tear easily. The film is expensive for very few pictures.

The Camera is Okay, the Gift Set is Kind of Blah

This gift set was a little underwhelming, unfortunately. The stickers to decorate the camera are poorly designed and not made to be placed on curved surfaces at all (the entire camera is rounded). The picture holders are very lightweight and fall over super easily. The camera itself is fine, although it doesn't open its shutter consistently and takes a few tries sometimes. It wasn't a horrible purchase, but left much to be desired.

Wonderful gift for young and old

I love that it auto focus / adjusts to the surrounding atmosphere / light conditions unlike older models. Be careful & make sure the lense opens all the way. We sometimes have to help pull the lense completely out. If you don't check the lense to see if it's open all the way or not.. you may waste photo paper! Always check to see that it's open all the way. Besides that, we love it.
