I would avoid AWD-IT at all costs if you can help it. It was a nightmare trying to return this item for a refund as unwanted under the 14 day cooling off period. They initially charged me £67.49 as a charge if I wanted to return the item for a refund, then after many phone calls and emails they said they would reduce the charge to £30. Eventually I got the charge reduced to £10. Which I have had to accept in order to get my money back. Avoid at all costs, I would give a 0 rating if I could.

What a beast of a cpu
Bought this CPU as a replacement of my old i7-8086K. It's very fast, blowing past my expectations as I long believed CPU upgrades are a waste of money and GPUs are the bottleneck. This CPU showed there is still a lot of performance to be gained. Get this CPU instead of the 13900K if you are already running a graphics card and don't need the extra integrated graphics.
Great CPU for those that have the workload to really make it busy with 32 logical threads. Cooling is the challenge with these CPUs as the 125 TPD is just for marketing, as one certainly wants to run it as fast as possible all the time (250W+). With a Noctua NH-D15 I can get it to run all P-Cores constantly at 5.3GHz (multiplier -2) and the E-cores at 4.2GHz (multiplier -1) before hitting the 100°C thermal throttling. One will need to optimize thermal management in BIOS and currently BIOS support seems to be a little buggy (Nov 2022), at least on my MSI PRO Z690 board (hoping a future BIOS update will improve that). You will certainly need to fiddle with BIOS setting until you got a very high end water cooling solution (e.g. AIO with 3x140 fans). Tip: Set PL1 and PL2 close to the same value (I have it at L1 245W and L2 at 265W with VCore reduced by 0.12, or CPU Lite Mode 3; mileage will vary here). That is for workload like Cinebench R23 or other high duty work. For regular gaming, that setup can actually run completely passive with said CPU cooler. Even at that slightly capped speed, it does compile KDE, Gnome, Firefox, Rust, GCC, Clang etc. in a blazing fast speed. Final Verdict: If you can keep 32 cores busy for some extended time, and willing to tinker with cooling and BIOS settings, go for it!
I bought this to put in a system with a 360mm Corsair AIO cooler thinking that would be ample cooling and set the MSI motherboard power setting to reflect liquid cooling. I used Arctic Silver 5 paste for the interface and confirmed full, even coverage. It is a very powerful CPU, 24 cores 8P and 16E, but... on a stress test this CPU can easily hit thermal throttling on those settings within 20 seconds.To keep it under the 100c I had to set the mother board power back to the stock ~250w setting. However, I have seen it run 5.5ghz on that lowest power range so I'm very happy anyway. Just don't expect a regular AIO cooler to tame it!
Had the 11900K fitted this with new m/b and ddr5 and what a mega difference it makes bench testing it compared.
Pros: Easy installation super fast next gen processor. ?
