The carbohydrates listed (around 34g per serve) are actually Medium chain glucose polymers and are still just sugar but don’t have to be labelled as such - as a result you will feel sick, tired, ill, knocked around. Much better off just increasing your healthy carbs and keeping up good quality whey. Do not buy.

Iv tried many whey powder's an iv found extream m*** is by far the best iv ever had. Not just the taste! It helps with recovery after a workout an if you feeling a lil hungry during a workout it also boots my energy levels an sits well in my tummy so I can Cary on working out comftable! The taste is so good its so creamy like ur having a milkshake. So 5 stars all round awesome product highly recommend choc/banana flavour cheers Daniel Cazemier!

I won't blah on about what this is, RTFL. Main reason for sticking to this is it has one of the best per/100g quantities of protein and carbs mix. Very good price-point and having an option for triple flavor means you wont get sick of eating 4g of the same thing. It's an Australian brand to boot which is a bonus. It mixes well and i use it in cooking as well as shakes.
This is a fantastic m*** builder! It really fills me and through the ingredients and macros I am filled with the comfort that I am doing what's best for my goals! It contains the MCT oils that provides rapid high density energy! The WPI that has the highest protein and has the balanced amino acid profile which provides all the necessary protein factors for muscle growth! Vanilla tastes amazing! Smells like Hokey Pokey ice cream! ???? will continue to use the product!
I love this. The same blend as Synergy 5, but more suitable for bulking. So, it has the short, medium and long digesting proteins (5 different ones) but has the extra carbs and nutrients suitable for gaining lean muscle. I put Synergy 5 in my muesli with almonds, and have the IP M*** as a mid morning and mid afternoon shake. Great taste, good product - very pleased. Chris J.
Wow this product is AWESOME. I've been using this now for a couple of months and have put on m*** but not fat!. Used with my training program this has helped me greatly. Would highly recommend using this product. Mixes well and taste great with just water and even better with low fat milk. Tried all flavours and all are good. Well Done International Protein.
Love the international protein range in general but the extreme m*** is by far the best in my view. Not only for results in gaining and maintaining body m*** but have delicious flavours, choc banana being my favourite. Very quick and easy to mix through in a shaker never leaving and chuncky bits like other brands do is a huge plus. Have highly recommended the international protein m*** gainer to friends and they also now love it as much as I do!
I've been using this product for 2weeks now and already I've packed on 7.5kg and haven't even cracked open my 2nd tub. I'd recommend this product to all those looking to put on some serious M***. I take this 3 times a day and have noticed that I'm getting thicker and stronger. It's as simple as get it or get out the way cause theres some big boys coming through. I've used many proteins over the years and recently started using international extreme m***. I'm on my 4th bucket and I can say it certainly gets in the extra carbs and proteins needed in a day, with a great taste and most importantly it does not bloat or upset my stomach as I am pretty sensitive to proteins. Another note is, I actually keep a clean lean physic and was worried this would add on some extra unneeded carbs and fats, but infact it gives me the extra carbs to use as energy when training and still get burnt off. Highly recommend you try this product if you want that extra energy and calories in your day.
