This has been one of the most worst purchasing experiences of my life. I received this pool 2 weeks ago. The description stated it came with the pump. The price is not good without the pump. After several emails with pictured documentation, price comparisons etc., the manufacturer finally apologized for the item description being wrong and wrote I’d heat from Wayfair shortly. Several days later I got an email from Wayfair asking if I still needed help. This should be a case study on how not to treat customer. False advertisement!!! The description clearly states the pump is included with this purchase. It is stated both in the description and the specifications yet it is NOT included. When reaching out to anyone and everyone both at Wayfair and the manufacturer they both state that it is not. I guess we are to assume that anything you purchase from Wayfair may or may not include what is advertised on their website. They want to act like Im uneducated or cannot comprehend what I read. In no way shape or form does it say that this pump is NOT included. Yet they want to act like Im stupid and tell me it say it is not. DO NOT purchase this if you expect it to include everything it says it does.

The pool arrived quickly and is just as shown. The set up stresses "absolutely level" which is VERY important. Do this and your set up stress level will be reduced greatly.The description regarding the pool is a mix of all their sizes and packages. We did not receive the liner for the ground even though it was listed in the description and set up. Used a large tarp instead.The directions are a bit limited so you may have to use your builder's sense when installing the parts for the pump. We put hose clamps over each hose for the pump and pool since the water leaks steadily otherwise.The pool is great for the grandkids, they are loving it.We would purchase again and recommend but pass the information forward that set up and the instructions are limited.

Very disappointed! FIRST, it did not come with the pump that it was advertised as included. I contacted Customer Service, they simply explained there was a mistake in the ad, then offered a slight discount.I still had to buy a pump separately, which I should not have had to do.SECOND, two weeks into using the pool (after investing in a pump, proper brush chemicals) the pool lost all water. I could not find any place that was torn or leaking. Nothing was loose or broken. It was a total mystery. Filled it again, and it wouldn’t hold water. I never found where the leak was!

As a small family who braves the Georgia heat every summer, we needed somewhere to lounge that would allow us to cool off and also entertain our toddler. It definitely checks the boxes for both! My husband and I assembled and filled this guy up over the course of about 3 1/2 hours or less. Fairly simple to do, just make sure you have level ground or it will sit weird. The pool itself seems to be made of a decent material, the pump/ filter could be better but for the price point, not sure what I expected. All in all, not disappointed in my purchase, look forward to playing in it all summer long with the kiddo!

This Intex easy set pool is 10' x 30" deep and holds 1,018 gallons of water. Very durable and puncture resistant with super tough 30 gauge sidewalls. Assembly is a breeze. Find level ground and if you want lay a big tarp down. Then lay out the pool. Put air in the top ring and it will rise up. Ready for water in 15 to 20 minutes and no tools needed. You just need a air pump. Mine came with a pump, just follow directions and it's very easy to install. I brought a floating chlorine tablet dispenser and it keeps the pool clean. Just buy the tablets, put in side and let it float in pool when your not in it. Great for adults and kids. It's 30" deep, so watch the little ones.

A lot of broken parts and nothing easy about setup. Will be lucky if this lasts one season.

Bought an above ground “Easy Set” pool with filter pump from Target. There is nothing easy about the setup. 9 hours across 2 days of digging, filling, draining, digging some more, refilling, troubleshooting a broken-upon-unboxing GFCI timer, troubleshooting a broken plastic outlet hose, troubleshooting a broken pump, calling customer service, etc. It’s a $100 pool and you get what you pay for. Probably more trouble than it’s worth. Customer service is sending replacement parts at no charge, but would not expedite shipping or provide better quality replacement parts. To have so many issues within 2 days of purchase is disappointing.

Don't try to replace a first love.

We bought the original EasySet 15' x 42" pool in 2018. We were blown away by its construction and ease of use. Over the course of three years, the vinyl liner took a few hits from kids and pets and sun and dirt, so we tossed it. This year, we ordered a replacement liner. It looked fine, but I think Intex (who, BTW, we love--we have their tubes and kayaks and all kinds of water stuff, and love their customer service) found a new manufacturer for their liner and it's just not...the same. The ring around the top is smaller in diameter, which makes it way easier to breach like a flooding dam by leaning on it. Also, the walls of the pool seem less rigid (remember, it's not a hard-sided pool) than the original. Or else, the inflatable ring around the top is bound by a tighter internal cable, because the end result is a narrower top, and a much wider, more bulge-y bottom, so the net effect is we've lost about 4-6 inches in water depth, as the size of the top ring is fixed, and the bottom is much more spread out. Also, our original pool lasted two years before some random squirrel punctured the ring and required patching. This new one had a hole it it the first week. Maybe the squirrels have sharper claws now, I dunno. But it feels like the quality of the replacement liner is a downgrade from the original. We didn't ask for a replacement because, well 3,400 gallons of water, you know. All that said, I would buy another Intex pool in a heartbeat--but I would definitely check the quality before filling it next time, which is a shame.

Good pool, but the filter not so much

I love that the ground under the ring set pools doesn’t have to be 100 percent perfectly level. This makes set up in the hills of Kentucky a breeze. The pool itself is fantastic, it’s been very durable, however the filtration pump that comes with it is absolute trash. We were running it 8-10 hours a day and still ended up with a frog pond inside of a week. We drained it, scrubbed it, cleaned it and started fresh with an intex sand filter and now we love our pool. I would recommend the pool still because the pool itself really is worth the money, but you will 100% need to upgrade the filter unless you plan to drain it every few days. We keep it covered when not in use to keep the frogs out.

Great fun for the kids. Poor build quality.

We installed it on a patio area using a large tarpaulin sheet to place it on and add an additional layer of protection between the slabbed area and the pool.Despite this we soon discovered the pool wasn't particularly well made. The pump connectors constantly dripped, both where they connected to the pool and the pump. I checked them on numerous occasions to ensure the plastic grips were on properly and as tight as possible but to no avail. It also acquired numerous punctures in the pool base where it sat on the patio causing it to slowly drain. For what it cost, we also got a fair amount of use for the period we had it.
