We bought this with the Allstate protection plan. It arrived damaged out of the box - had a hole in it so wouldn’t even inflate for the first use. Had to reach out to wayfair to set up an exchange. Such a pain to have to put it back in the box and send it to back via fedex. New one arrived and worked for less than two months with very minimal use before a hole made it useless. Turns out when Wayfair exchanged the initial time - they voided / returned the Allstate warranty we purchased without telling us, so now we are unable to use the warranty we purchased to cover the hole in the slide. Unfortunately, disappointed with both the quality of the slide as well as the way we weren’t told about our Allstate purchase being returned (and therefore could not file a claim).

Arrived very quickly! Packaging was great and easy to open up and setup. Instructions were easy to follow. Was looking for a slide to entertain the kids in this hot Florida weather and this did the job. 5 kids had a blast! The material is heavy duty, easy to blow up with a pump and also take down and put away was easy. Overall, happy with this purchase.

Disappointed in the Intex - Pool Water Slide

This is the 2nd Intex - Pool Water Slide I have received that has had an air directly out of the box. I returned one to another seller, only to open this one and discover the leak/hole was even worse than in the first. I do not want to go through the hassle of returning yet another slide; however, I do want a replacement or a refund for this defective product without any inconvenience to myself.

Good inflatable pool slide

Kids have a blast. Fairly sturdy but lasts only about 1 season so end up buying a new one every year. Wasteful but unfortunately after a few months they all end up getting holes and patches do not hold given the pressure it's under when people climb on it. Still recommend it because so far this is the best quality we've found online. Connects to a garden hose to sprinkler water on slide for smooth sliding! Worth it in my opinion.

Great Fun for a day or two before Reality Strikes Again

This is my third purchase of this exact slide from Intex. The first two slides lasted a few weeks before eventually tearing. These are not heavy duty slides and I had hoped the third one I recently purchased would somehow have been made stronger than the one I bought two years ago. No such luck. My most recent recent Intex Kool splash slide lasted four days before the top slide chamber ripped off the supporting sidewalls. In summary, if you need something big and reasonably priced that will last, do not buy this product. Unfortunately better options cost 3x the price. Buy this but treat it like a baby and it might make a day, or two, or maybe a couple of weeks for your kid.

Product leaks

Originally purchased product from Leslie's Pool. Original product failed to hold air on one side when inflated. Deflated after one day. I processed warranty claim through Intex and promptly received replacement. Replacement product leaks water at the hose connection and again one side (opposite side as first) leaks air, but deflates at a slower rate. But the grandkids really love the slide so guess we will keep it for them and duct take the water hose to prevent leakage and will keep deflating before each use.

Tons of summertime fun!

I only gave it four stars because unfortunately there was a leak within 24 hours of inflating it and no one had used it yet. We were able to use it with pumping that section each day during or after use. I could not find the leak and decided to send it back within the return window as I was uncertain if it would get worse. The return was very easy and the replacement was unbelievable quick, less than 24 hours! Return process: They ask you to cut out a 12 x 12 piece, right the return number they give you, take a picture, attach it to the email, and they send out a replacement. Easy as pie. My grandsons love it, ages 8 and 9, especially the sprinkler system when attached to a hose. Waste of money don’t buy!

BIG waste of money!! Had it for a week and the bottem ripped open and can’t be fixed! And good luck trying to get a hold of someone from the company! I tried for over a week to get a hold of someone and it’s all a lie! I emailed over and over again with no response and called but every time I called it said that nobody was available and then put the times of when there would be someone available. Well guess what I called all through out the day and still not available! So disgusted with the company Index! I will never buy another thing made by this company buyer definitely beware!!

You wont regret it!!!

My seven year old had an absolute blast on this side with his friends. We inflated it quickly with a leaf blower then put it in the deep end of the pool for safety. It’s big but a great size for kids!!! You can even play with it with younger ones on the grass. I love the little hose attachment that keeps the slide wet! Huge hit.

We bought this slide and we were so excited to use it. Ours did not come with a pump, so I used my portal air compressor. Even with that, inflation took a long time. The water hose connection is very cheap as well, making it difficult to attach properly to the hose. Once we got it up and running, it lasted about 15 minutes before the right side completely deflated. Slide was leaking at one of the seams, no puncture marks at all,We exchanged the slide for another one hoping it was just a one off issue. The new slide is holding air, but we now have a new problem. After about an hour of use, the water sprinklers stopped working and the entire left side began to fill with water.
