Intoleran Quatrase forte and Fodzyme.

I recently purchased Intoleran Quatrase Forte and also Fodzyme original in the 60 dose jar from FodShop. They arrived safely and well packaged and in good time.I have used these products before and found them very helpful for my IBS, fructose malabsorption and partial lactose intolerance. I still need to get a little more adventurous with them but so far they have been great. It’s wonderful to be able to eat things that I have been unable to have for the last 15 years. Peace of mind

Great product to keep with you when eating out or travelling. Just gives you peace of mind. It will take a couple of meals to gauge how many capsules you actually need though (based on how fodmap loaded your meal is)
