I got this for POTS rehabilitation. I'm not sure how good it works for the back but it is strong and well made. I'm 100kgs and no issues what so ever. Feels solid and good for the price.
After 3 weeks I have seen genuine improvement with my back pain. Use it everyday after work and it helps alot.
I love my gravity inversion table. I’ve only had it for a week and so far it’s been so helpful for my back. I love the stretch it gives me.
Only had this inversion table for a couple of weeks and so far it appears to work great. It is built really well and is very sturdy. I tried the table right off the bat with having it go all the way down so I was completely upside down. I have been using it twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening for about 5 to 10 minutes each time and I can already feel a difference.
Had a headache due to cartiladge wearing away between my joint and using the conversion table helped get rid of headache. Easy to operate aswell.
Having suffered with bank pain for a couple of years, I decided to use this along with some very specific stretches. It has definitely helped immensely and I am back running as a result.
