If I didn't believe in the true benefit of this supplement I wouldn't be writing this review. I have mold illness and was recommended this by my FMD. The taste? Nothing to write home about, unless you like earthy water, but it's basically undetectable with a good swig of water (opt for water without calcium chloride). The dosage is manageable and the bottle is recyclable. AND, in tandem with other antiinflammatory supplements and binders, it helped take my CRP and a1c down! What's not to love?

We have been taking ION consistently for quite a while now, and have found that it has restored the health of our gut biome. As our whole body relies on an efficient and healthy gut, the benefits are evident in skin quality, demeanour, vitality. Amazed at the origins of the ingredients. Has to be good for us. We will continue taking ION Biome to maintain these healthy qualities. Love this product so much.

I have MCAS and this product wasn’t a problem to introduce. I have been slowly increasing the dosage over time. The quality seems good and the taste is ok. I have not noticed any benefits yet, but hopefully, with the rest I am doing, my gut health will get better.

My nutritionist/chiropractor recommended this product and it works well for gut issues. I take 2 teaspoons a day. The 32 oz size lasts a long time. It has a neutral, inoffensive taste, and assists with gluten issues.
I’ve purchased this in probably every size IHerb carries because they run out of stock s often (it’s a very popular supplement, I think). I’ve had very noticeable benefits to my gut health since taking it. I recently tried a different brand of humic acid supplement, which was black, and it made me appreciate the fact that this one is nearly colorless. I add it to my child’s juice, and it’s imperceptible. No taste, no smell, no color. Very easy to take.
I bought this after I watched a woman on YouTube saying that this was a great product for your gut. That the benefits of using this would help right away. I followed the dosage on the bottle. I bought the big size. The taste was bland and a bit flat. I done think the quality of this product can justify the price of it. Regarding ingredients I can't remember what the are. But for me this was not a good product.
I'm really not sure about this, hence the 3 stars. Initially I thought it was helping but I felt a low mood for a few days while taking this. There wasn't anything else different in my routine. I took it either at night or in the morning on an empty stomach. I've given it a break for a while to see and I'll start back on it again. Don't like giving a negative review until I'm sure but this doesn't seem to have lived up to the hype. Was recommended by a trusted YT'er.
However ! It does not taste like dirt, which I thought it would! It just tastes like water that's slightly thick. It was so easy to add a bit to a small glass of water and that was it. I read about its benefits and was absolutely FLOORED. So I'll take some everyday! Thanks for making this more than pleasant!

My only recommendation would be to buy the bigger sizes, but if you're trying this out for the first time, opt for this size or the one up from it, and start with a lower dose before working up as it might give you some abdominal pain/gas at first.
