Very satisfied with the purchased of this refurbished Apple iPad 9.7" 32GB 2017 model. I bought this for my teen daughter for Christmas and she was thrilled with it. When it arrived I opened it to inspect it before Christmas. It had a 60% charge on it so I didn't have to do anything other than wrap it. Two of the tiniest scratches on the back you almost need a magnifying glass to see which doesn't really matter because who doesn't put a cover on it. I also verified it was the exact model in the listing and it was. Now that she has had a good chance to use it all is well. It works perfectly and she already updated it to the latest iOS. That's the only one that matters. It takes some work to figure it out so I know what I am ordering. It is not enough and more confusing to decipher which one it is! Listings can say (newest model) and be a 2017 or 2018 and some listings are so vague I just gave up on them. I finally searched iPad and found a Wikipedia page that had all the model numbers and other important info in several charts (thank you Wikipedia!). Apple didn't even have a page for that. Amazon, please make it a requirement to include the model number that APPLE USES in all listings! Don't make us work so hard to figure it out. Just look at comments and you will see others trying to find out which model is the listing too.

This is a solid device! I have had this for years and it still works great and has had minimal wear and tear. It is a good size, too. Now that I’ve had it for so long, a few little issues. One, the sound stops working and thinks there are headphones in when they are not. And two, the battery life has gotten shorter over the years. Both of these are minor things and the sound thing is easily fixed by restarting the device. I would buy this model again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

The best of the best. The iPad out performs every other tablet I have ever tried, and I have tried a lot. Endless options with the most up to date trends, and a easy user interface. It is also much more durable than earlier generations. My iPad is used by my toddler every day so as you can imagine, it takes a beating. Drops, spills, all of it. And I have no screen cracking or issues. Super, super fast charging which is really helpful when you have a toddler who constantly leaves the iPad running. I will never buy another tablet, iPad is the best.

A decent buy, so far, some untruth in descritipton

Delivery was on time and the Fedex delivery person was nice.Some of the descriptions of the product are NOT TRUE, which is quite unnecessary. First, it DOES NOT come in the original box as described. It just comes in some generic white box, tablet is bubble wrapped and the accessories are just thrown in willy nilly.One of the accessories, the bluetooth headset, is not in the box. I have reached out to the sellers via Walmart and am waiting to hear back.The tab itself is really clean cosmetically and they went ahead to install the screen guard, which is nice.I will update when I hear back and also as I use the tab and accessories.

Hello, battery life

This product is in great condition. It works great and has only minimal scratching that I can see. My son said there were a few minor cracks on the screen, but they must be really tiny because I can't see them at all. Either way, they haven't caused any issues in functionality. And the battery life is incredible. This is my first iPad, so I guess other people already know, but the battery lasts forever. Overall, this was a great purchase and I'm really happy with it.

Horrible

I wouldn’t trust these with my life. Bought one and within 6 months the sensors started going out all over the screen. Now it can only be used in certain spots. And because I was just out of their time frame window they refuse to do anything. The company says it’s not their problem to figure it out myself. This company is very rude. They over charge you money for poor quality products.

I was sent a defective ipad

I ordered a 2016 iPad Pro from this seller. This was supposed to be a gift, but now I have to return it. It was not in “like new” condition as was stated. There were dings and scratches on the back. Additionally the packaging was poor. Who sends an iPad in a padded envelope? Also, the iPad battery was defective. It overheated and turned off on its own. Plus within one Seconds minute the battery went from 97 to 90.

My son was sold TRASH!

I wish there was a no-star rating! My son had a gift card from his birthday and decided to order a Refurbished tablet from a 3rd party on the Walmart sight. I made sure that he added a warranty and covered the rest of the money needed to cover the remaining balance. The tablet can fast in fact earlier than promised. He was so excited! The tablet was dead but I assumed it was because it just needed to be charged, so we put the tablet on the charger and waited. After about 3 hours we checked it and it was 100% so we started the process of creating an Itune account and adding all of his information within 30 minutes the tablet clicketed off. So we let it charge again, this time to 80% 5 minutes later .. DEAD! You should be ashamed of yourselves, you had to have known ... MoreI wish there was a no-star rating! Not great value!

I understand that these iPads are refurbished but clearly not tested. When I received my first iPad the screen was broke but they were nice enough to send me another one. The second iPad however had some flaws, in particular the touch button was not working, did not recognize the finger scanning and I had to press hard on the button for it to do anything. I emailed the seller back, all I received was we have your transaction %23. I pretty much gave up and the iPad just sits on the table.
