I had this since it launched in 2015. I have used it every day for playing light games, watching YouTube, Netflix and general Web surfing. I also taken it to Europe with me when I went for a long holiday which was brilliant when I needed something light and portable. This has been absolutely fantastic and still going strong (knocks on wood and bites my tongue) it's the only apple product I have but I am very thankful that I have had no issues. The only thing I had to replace was the charging cable as it degraded after several years. I still have the original keyboard to though I tend not to use it nowadays. Also just updated it to IOS16 with no issues. Thank you Apple, you built a solid product. I may upgrade maybe end of this year or next year. Apple is top of the line. Of all the tablets I have bought and tried; nothing even comes close to Apple. The easy user interface, the speed, and endless customization options are unbeatable. I have my name “engraved” into the back of my iPad, which was offered to me when I purchased which is a nice little touch that I enjoy. Battery life is fantastic, and the lightning charging is a HUGE help when you have a toddler who always forgets to turn it off. The camera is also top of the line and it has tons of storage so I never run into any problems keeping all of my photos and files. It’s the little details that make me appreciate apple so much. They are also always the first when it comes to trends. I am and will continue to be an Apple customer.

I have not tried yet the 4G cell phone connection but in the area in which I live, we cannot get the newest 5G service anyway so this 4G should work and is sufficient for me. This largest 12.9-inch iPad Pro is excellent for all of us older people who need the bigger screen to see what is there; and it is also excellent for the readers and artists who use the Apple Pencil (1st Generation) who like to draw on it. I would recommend this largest iPad Pro to everyone for the above reasons.

I normally draw using an actually drawing pad for my desktop, but now I can draw anywhere! I'm not going to lie, i use this mostly to draw. Being an Apple fan, I have been using so many products from Apple, but I have to say the experience with IPad Pro is simply the best of the best. Especially if you’re already someone with an Apple phone or laptop since connectivity is seamless between devices for Apple. However, if you’re just looking for student tablet or a tablet to read ebooks on, check social media and play games then I would suggest a lower cost model. If you don’t have any Apple devices at all already then I would look into what Microsoft or the other tech companies have on offer as well. Since I store my files on iCloud, integration is seemless: documents that I annotate appear on my computer within seconds after changing them. So it is not a laptop replacement for me, but I used it almost as much as I use my laptop. If you're just a casual browser who just wants to consume media on the go or at home, play games, online shop, note taking for class etc, and still prefer a physical home button, then save yourself some money and purchase the new iPad air or iPad mini. They will do more than fine and you won't feel too bad about burning a hole in your wallet. If you're planning on doing a lot of work such as media editing, writing essays/notes, future-proofing your tech needs for school/work, then your best bet is getting the latest iPad pro 11" or 12.9". Overall, it's all about the individual consumer and their preferences. Just go to the store, test each version out and make your decision from there. I sold both my iMac and MacBook Pro and made the switch to solely use this iPad Pro as my daily workhorse. Portability, plenty of storage, on the go video streaming when travelling, data transferring with usb-c external drives and editing is seamless. And with the software update for iOS 13 releasing in September, this device will be just as good as using a laptop/desktop.

If that is not a problem any time soon, then these should be useful for a while. The battery in this specific tablet has done well for me. It takes multiple hours for me to see the battery deplete a lot. I would say it will run certain applications and still have battery life five or six hours later. Probably longer than that. There may be games that can be used on these tablets that may not run well. I have not tested any games. Remember, the technology in these generation one tablets wont have what any from the second generation iPad Pro 12.9 inch tablets and newer tablets have. That is obvious. I just think these computer tablets can be useful for someone who wants to watch tv shows or movies with them or surf websites and check emails with. For the price I had paid for this iPad Pro tablet, which was less than $300, but more than $200, this is definitely worth the value to me, even with this generation of iPad Pro having beenout since 2015 here in 2022.
