I have received 2 in 3 months and both have the same fault. The screen sticks when touching, when typing it misses out letters, I am continually going back and forth. Very frustrating. It happens in other apps too. It's a touch screen fault. I was told it worked on and charged $50 for postage of second iPad, as I said this now has the same fault. Also it allowing me to add video or photos to show you.

The Apple iPad Pro 12.9 inch is amazing for graphic designers and artists of all kinds. While it’s price is certainly high for most consumer tablets, it is by far the most superior non-commercial drawing tablet on the market today. In combination with the Apple Pencil, the iPad Pro makes digital drawing feel almost like drawing on paper. With a wide variety of drawing apps available on the App Store your can find the program that works best for your techniques and change a few settings to get the feel of drawing on it just right. That’s just for drawing. The iPad Pro is also basically a mini computer, like any tablet, that allows you to check email, social media, play games, and surf the web easily. The new split screen feature is wonderful for pulling up drawing references on the fly in safari while your drawing window is open on the other side of the screen. The huge 12.9 inch screen makes this experience lovely. Digital artists can say goodbye to having your phone screen dim on you just as you were trying to look at that reference on your phone. I would say that if you’re in the market for an iPad for a creative field or business field with a focus on note taking and presenting then this is the superior tablet choice. Especially if you’re already someone with an Apple phone or laptop since connectivity is seamless between devices for Apple. However, if you’re just looking for student tablet or a tablet to read ebooks on, check social media and play games then I would suggest a lower cost model. If you don’t have any Apple devices at all already then I would look into what Microsoft or the other tech companies have on offer as well.

I use my iPad every day for work, not as a computer replacement but as as enhancement. For the most part I review and annotate (many) documents, take notes during meetings, create vector graphics, and make presentations (it is better for that purpose than a laptop, IMO). And yes I also use it for entertainment. Because I use it so much, I decided to upgrade and I don't regret the decision despite the dent in my wallet. The form factor is seriously much more of an improvement than I expected; my wife still refuses to believe the screen is the same size as the previous model (it is). I no longer have to remember to charge it over-night every few days. I also have the smart folio and it is an excellent improvement over the previous version. The iPad Pro is simply the best-in-class tablet device. The screen is beautiful, it is crazy fast, and the apps are excellent. Since I store my files on iCloud, integration is seemless: documents that I annotate appear on my computer within seconds after changing them. So it is not a laptop replacement for me, but I used it almost as much as I use my laptop.

he iPad pro 12.9 inch is a wonderful device. Usually, tablets such as iPads of the past have been good for only casual web surfing, games and media consumption only. This iPad is a stepping stone to the next level. It's now capable of signing contracts/documents, taking notes, editing media and the list goes on. Despite the hefty and large price, the new iPads (11" 12.9) are right up there to compete with laptops and desktops. If I would give some advice of which iPad to buy: If you're just a casual browser who just wants to consume media on the go or at home, play games, online shop, note taking for class etc, and still prefer a physical home button, then save yourself some money and purchase the new iPad air or iPad mini. They will do more than fine and you won't ... Morehe iPad pro 12.9 inch is a wonderful device. They will do more than fine and you won't feel too bad about burning a hole in your wallet. If you're planning on doing a lot of work such as media editing, writing essays/notes, future-proofing your tech needs for school/work, then your best bet is getting the latest iPad pro 11" or 12.9". Overall, it's all about the individual consumer and their preferences. Just go to the store, test each version out and make your decision from there. I sold both my iMac and MacBook Pro and made the switch to solely use this iPad Pro as my daily workhorse. Portability, plenty of storage, on the go video streaming when travelling, data transferring with usb-c external drives and editing is seamless. And with the software update for iOS 13 releasing in September, this device will be just as good as using a laptop/desktop.
I bought this iPad open boxed in 2018 when I first got into college. It has been nothing but a great study tool that makes taking notes very conveniently. I love this iPad and it has saved me a lot of time in studying. It has been 6 years since I have had this and used it continuously, and it still works well. The system I noticed has slowed down and cannot really keep up with the newest software updates but it is still working wonderfully for me. When I have a chance, I would love to upgrade to a newer version though, but if you are in a budget, this version is not bad at all.
This is a fantastic tool and is inching closer and closer to an actual laptop replacement. With the release of Catalina, I suspect is will get even closer. If all you're doing is web browsing, chatting, and checking Instagram, this might be overkill. I believe it's best to treat it as a machine that's 80% laptop and 20% tablet. The 15in model I bought is a bit heavy to hold like a tablet over the long term, but serves that fuctionality very well when needed. However, it's once you snap on the keyboard and start using the Apple Pencil that this thing really shines. The biggest drawback I find is that it's still classed as a tablet, but to me it appears Apple is trying to make this a laptop replacement. iOS (and now iPadOS) is not a replacement for a full OS. The biggest drawback I find is that it's still classed as a tablet, but to me it appears Apple is trying to make this a laptop replacement. iOS (and now iPadOS) is not a replacement for a full OS. It lacks functionaltiy compared to MacOS or Windows - chiefly the ability to run full desktop apps. While I find I can word process, draw, etc. with ease, I often find the apps lacking in quality and ability compared to their desktop counterparts. This means that I often find myself falling back to my MacBook or Windows PC when it comes time to really start working hard on something. All of that said, it's a great tool to have in your toolbox and has it's purposes when not wanting to lug a full laptop around with you.
I love the 2nd Gen 12.9 inch iPad Pro. It’s a great tablet and the bigger size (I was using the 1st Gen Pro) is just what I was looking for.The store over delivered as this was listed as a WiFi only unit but I recorded received a SIM card capable unit. Thanks guys. And yes the shipping feels a little high, but FedEx delivered on time with no problems.
Good price for the iPad Pro that I bought from this seller, even though there are little cosmetic things here and there ( of course, what can I say and expect for a used iPad? )Over all I am happy with iPad.Wow, customer service is superb, they were so nice and took care of the issues promptly ( replaced the charger and adapter )I would certainly do business with them again.
I’ve waited six months to give my review. I opened the package and the iPad appeared to be brand new. Perfect condition The iPad charges quickly and holds a charge for one to two days depending on how much I am using it. I have had zero problems or issues. To me it was like buying a brand new product. I’m not overly concerned that it’s not the newer version. This one is perfect for my needs. Couldn’t be happier.
I have used all different highend laptops, convertible laptops/tablets. I had Microsoft Surface Pro and also have Surface Book2. Both of them can be used as tablet or full blown laptop. But when it comes to my recently purchased ipad pro 12.9 (with magic keyboard) it is waste of money. Apple added a key board to give look and feel that this tablet can work as your laptop but other than browsing, few editing projects, using Microsoft office to certain extent it cannot do much. Forget about other browsers available on iPad Pro the apple's safari browser is not capable of opening many browser based apps and meeting (Facebook meeting, Microsoft team web etc..). If you are a developer then you can buy it for fun other activities but you cannot use it programming ... MoreI have used all different highend laptops, convertible laptops/tablets.
