Such an upgrade from the xr. Love this phone, works well, IOSsystem doesn’t crash or need to be restarted. Only hiccup is sometimes I don’t receive my messages as an alert. They just show up randomly, this doesn’t happen often but enough to notice it. Pictures are beautiful, lots of space, this phone works really well.

I upgraded from the 12 Pro Max to the iPhone 13 Pro as I wanted the smaller form factor. The size and weight of this phone is great as the screen is a good mid-size with the weight of the phone being comfortable and feels like quality. Not only am I enjoying the 6.1" size of the 13 Pro, but the camera is really an upgrade too! I love the cinematic mode and the macro features as I am able to take some amazing photographs for use on my websites. 120hz refresh rate on the screen is fantastic too...and the battery is fantastic giving me a full day! Although there have been a couple of small glitches such as videos glitching when watching online, and other social media apps having a few glitches, I put this down to the software and not the iPhone itself, and know these ... MoreI upgraded from the 12 Pro Max to the iPhone 13 Pro as I wanted the smaller form factor. Overall, this is a great iPhone and I am pleased that I made the purchase.

So my teenaged son begged me for years to make the switch from an Android to an IPhone. Being old and stubborn I took my time. After comparing photos with my friend that we took side by side I was convinced. The clarity and color definition on her IPhone blew my Android away. Although it has not been as easy to navigate the switch I am enjoying it now. Thankfully we have a 16 year old who knows it all and can teach his old mom! And I am LOVING the battery life! No more charging my phone 3 times a day!

Becoming acquainted with the operations of this phone (upgraded from an iPhone 8) has been challenging, but I am adjusting. I miss the numerical battery percentage being visible without having to swipe. I also miss the headphone icon that lets me know my Bluetooth headphones are connected. My biggest complaint is that several of my apps will just stop working, or close out completely, mid-use. Last night, I was listening to Hulu through my Bluetooth sleep headband, when Hulu stopped responding. I restarted my phone and in doing so, the headphones disconnected. When I restarted Hulu, it came blaring out of my phone speakers AND WOULD NOT PAUSE OR MUTE as I lay next to my sleeping husband. This is one of several frustrations I have encountered since using this phone.
Not happy with ATT at all. I’ve been a customer since 2008 I think and we have had service issues all along but we have stuck with ATT. I was hesitant to upgrade my line versus going to another carrier but I did anyway. As soon as I did I needed one of my lines forwarded to another line and ATT can’t even do that. They have been trying since Thursday and now I don’t even need it as I will be back home tomorrow. It’s ridiculous that we don’t have half the features other carriers have and now something as basic as call forwarding doesn’t work. I’m considering returning the iPhone 13 so I’m not locked in to ATT for another 3 years.
Before you hate on my reply. I want it known. I have been with Apple iPhones since the very beginning. I still own a classic iPod and just recently sold a 3GS so let it be known I may know a little about what I’m talking about. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED that Apple is trying to fix a product that was and is not broken. From trying to change it up by changing the charging system to adding a better camera system. I’m not all that impressed. I need more ability to customize my phone internally, such as being able to have themes. I want to modify my phone and make it better for myself. WHY DID APPLE HAVE TO GET RID OF THE HOME BUTTON, horrible move!If I realized how disappointed I would be I would have stayed with my iPhone 8. In all my years of ... MoreBefore you hate on my reply. Heavy phone compare to our prior Samsung S10. The phone feel premium and still adjusting to the Apple ecosystem. Definitely love the FaceTime and Face ID features of Apple. Good battery life so far and will last through the day. The camera features are not as intuitive as the S10. For example, the camera default to 3:4 aspect ratio every time the camera is switched on. Still trying to figure out how to change the default to 16:9 aspect. Gamer will love the iPhone 13 Pro with high screen refreshes rate and chip performance. That is no lagging or jittering playing fast moving games. Have not try all the camera videos features yet. Would recommend the the 13 Pro for those who demand high performance screen refresh rate and into using the phone for cinematography video ... MoreHeavy phone compare to our prior Samsung S10. My first impression is that this phone is super fast compared to my iPhone X, the camera is also a huge improvement, but that’s about all I can say that’s positive about this iPhone 13 pro. First of all, the screen chipped within the first 24 hrs of very limited and very careful use. I don’t even know how it could possible have chipped but it couldn’t have been from much. In other words, you better buy a case and a screen protector IMMEDIATELY if you want this thing to last. Next is the issue with the charger. They don’t give you a base, but they say you can use your old charger. I tried, and my old charger would charge for 30 seconds and disconnect, and charge, and disconnect, and continue this off/on thing without ever having fully charged the device. So— no. You can’t use your old charger. Hope you have a usb c charging base laying around or you’ll be forking over some more money for one. I bought this phone mostly for its (supposed) 120Hz refresh rate for a more fluid mobile gaming experience. Unfortunately, apple has made it so only their own apps can utilize this 120Hz, and third party apps are still running at half those speeds, at best. Thanks Apple. You can have your phone back now.
1) Doesn’t swipe left. EVER. Brand new $1,000 phone bought TODAY can’t swipe through image carousels. Very buggy. 2) Setup process was uncharacteristically confusing, with grammatical errors in the directions. Took 4 attempts to set up successfully. Older iPhones were a breeze in contrast. 3) Absolute nightmare just trying to buy it! AT&T and Apple will only let you buy/upgrade if your AT&T wireless account isn’t connected to other AT&T services (e.g. internet, TV, land line, etc). It took two days days and two hours at Target to find a workaround: setting up a second, new wireless number, which I will never use and have to cancel in a month! Neither Apple nor AT&T cared to sort out the logistics of this? Are you kidding me?!
I've had android phones all my life, and suddenly decided to switch to Apple.Have to say I have no regrets purchasing the iPhone 13 Pro. Superb camera and the battery life has kept me going for two days plus so far without having to charge - that's with light use, making phone calls, messaging and a few minutes of gaming and internet use.My previous phone was a Samsung, which is also up there with the best; I do miss the wider variety of wallpapers, etc found on Play Store which sadly I can't get on the iPhone, and you do lose things like previous saves in mobile gaming accounts (had to start all over with Apple ID), but I have learnt to live with that. At the end of the day it's a matter of taste whether you prefer Android or Apple.
