The iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB boasts additional new camera features plus it's additional new screen features exclusive to the Pro make this phone one of our favourites for used iPhones. Also, the battery life provides up to an extra 1.5 hours of battery life per day when compared with the iPhone 13 Pro. Another very cool feature is the Crash Detection feature (which is also available on all of the 2022 Apple Watches) is something you will hopefully never need to benefit from, but it could have the potential to save your life. The iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB can actually detect if you are in a car accident and will contact the emergency services on your behalf. The new display features include Dynamic Island, ProMotion technology with adaptive refresh rates up to 120Hz, 2,000 nits peak brightness when used outdoors. Also featuring a 6.1 inch Super Retina XDR Display, with an Always on Display mode feature. The Dynamic Island - is a whole new way to interact with iPhone. Dynamic Island can display conent that's running in the background, such as timers and music controls, plus it shows interactions like ‌Face ID‌ unlocking, Apple Pay payments, incoming phone calls, and more. It is interactive, so you can tap into it to expand it, designed to change in size and shape depending on what's being displayed. At rest, the Dynamic Island is a small rounded black area on the display that's smaller than the notch, taking up less space than before. In use, it can elongate in either direction, and it can expand to take up the entire width of the display if needed.

My husband and I bought this phone together when it was launched 3 years ago. So we have two of these in different colours. It was awesome until these latest updates. The picture quality is amazing The user interface is great Camera is too good with different features The apps are all nice and great features from apple The sound quality is also top notch Battery backup was good All in all i love this phone of mine. Recently the battery has started degrading Sometimes it hangs on few apps and exits abruptly Phone App Search has started taking a lot more time than before

Just got it today, so it may be premature to say this, but I am loving it already. An excellent rose gold ring in perfect condition! The item works great with no scratches or blemishes! As I'm writing this review, the computer looks BRAND NEW. I replaced the SIM card in my old iPhone with the SIM card from this phone, but it was still locked to AT&T. Everything was backed up to iCloud before I removed the sim card. Thank you for letting me do that! My old phone automatically transferred my old photos and apps to my new phone without a hitch. You did an amazing job! In my previous reviews, I noted that the battery had only been charged 10% and that the charger was not a reputable brand. Despite that, I did not mind the price because I felt it was 100% worth it. In a ... MoreJust got it today, so it may be premature to say this, but I am loving it already. A solid phone, but not perfect.

I upgraded from the iPhone 7 Plus, expecting a major upgrade. For the most part, I’ve been happy with the phone, but it’s still not perfect. Pros: Screen size and resolution are great. The phone is very quick to load apps, leaving my 7+ in the dust. The quick charging feature is awesome. I’m thrilled that they finally added a wide angle camera. Despite some comments about iOS 13, it’s very stable and I have not had many issues with it. Meh: Battery life is better than the 7+, but not by a lot. Typically, a charge will get me through most of the day, but I’m not a heavy phone user. The phone is on the heavier side in comparison to the 7+, but that’s a trade off for a better battery. Cons: Face ID is annoying. It doesn’t work at night, so the lack of the thumbprint ... MoreI upgraded from the iPhone 7 Plus, expecting a major upgrade. It doesn’t work at night, so the lack of the thumbprint option makes unlocking the phone in darkness harder than before. Face ID is hit and miss in low light conditions. How hard would it be to allow the phone to open by pressing your thumb against the screen? Some other odd changes include no % battery readout, unless you swipe. Swiping to close apps is weird, as it is a diagonal swipe. Updating apps is harder too, since they hide the option deeper within the App Store than before. Overall, I’m happy with the phone, but I expected more for dishing out $1249 and having upgraded from a 3-year old phone. I do recommend it, but don’t expect to be completely blown away.

Aye, phone!

Excellent phone. The battery performance is fantastic. On a normal days use I have over 80% battery remaining. My last phone was around 50 - 70% with similar use. That’s without using any battery saving features and with location services on. iOS looks the same but there are new features and the phone does a good job to tell you without being too disruptive. The cameras are great although I would have preferred manual control over night shot. I bought the green phone which looks nice although in certain lights it can look grey, I had to check I wasn’t sent the space grey model by mistake. On a max model I would have liked to have seen more features like headphone jack, sd card expansion, PowerShare, high refresh rate and maybe an additional USB port. That’s quite a lot of missing features and I don’t think I’m being unreasonable asking for those considering what I paid (other cheaper phones do this). The main downside to iPhone is the use of the obsolete lightning port, even the iPad has dropped that dead horse. I really like the phone it just feels a bit like a late 2017 phone at times when you look how far the competition has come in terms of features and innovation. Also Siri is in need of an update.

This phone is amazing and more than I could ask for. I was nervous about buying a pre-owned device but plugtech did not let me down. The phone has no flaws and runs like its brand new. This is coming from me about 3 months in and I can say all this with confidence. Also the charge works great as well!! I love my purchase and experience so much that I am going to start purchasing all my devices with them for now on!!

Best camera I've ever had on a cell phone, plenty of memory, I love the improved features.

Great phone, I really like it. The glass back is cool, the gray color and rounded screen corners look sharp! I like it better than the iphone 12, just because I don't like that Apple made it harder starting with the Iphone 12 to allow 3rd party repairs like screen/digitizer replacement. Sounds like something they would do though doesn't it? So once this phone breaks or becomes obsolete I'll probably switch back to Android. Apple is a parasite fueled by greed, wish I hadn't got addicted to there IOS format years ago! This phone is fast has plenty of memory, took awhile to get use to using some of the new features, but now I have and I really like this phone. A great phone over really! As far as apple phones go, its my favorite one out of all of them I've owned so far.

Excellent Condition
6 January 2023

I picked the middle condition and this phone looked brand new. The device had 1-2 cracks towards the bottom right of the screen but with a screen protecter on it isn’t even noticeable. The phone also came with a screen protector and a plug branded pop socket. The only bad thing was that I ordered it on an early Friday and it didn’t come till the next Wednesday. So it took 3.5 days to arrive not including weekends.

Phone works and looks great - future performance unknown because of non-Apple display
10 December 2022

Phone received in good time. The exterior is in excellent condition - Settings shows Display and Battery are not Apple components - Apple store replaced battery for $100 CAD but display would have been over $300. The phone works however I am not sure if the non-Apple display will impact battery life negatively, so uncertain about value at this time!
