Bought this a week back, every time when I try to launch a New Job, it gives 'We can not connect right now' message. I rebooted, reconnected 100 times, still it would not connect to wifi.. it's so frustrating and annoying.. called customer service several times, they wanted to escalate to next level, it's been a week no feedback yet..Returning the product today!

Not happy to have to write this, the very first day I bought the 7J it went right over doggie poo, we have a small puppy, which i had no idea had gone to the bathroom in the dining room ,very surprised as we have had a i3 Roomba for 18 months which has never gone over any thing it shouldn't, made quite a mess for me to have to clean up, not very pleased with that one.I am 90 years old so cleaning up wasnt easy.The Roomba people did send me a brand new one two weeks later ,I will absolutely make sure no poos around any more.

Every time I use it, it stops working stating it has a full bag. Even when the bag is new. I've done all the suggested troubleshooting steps with no difference. I've found if I remove and reinstall the same bag, it works one time. Now I have to go through the dreadful ordeal with CS - I am disappointed.
I bought my J7 plus about 2 weeks ago, and tried it for a week. This thing is amazing but before I purchased it, I did a lot of research and watch a lot of reviews on witch model and which manufacturer to purchase, it seems like every review that I viewed or researched, the J7 plus was always one of the top 3 machines In the market, not only was it easy to set up I must say the technology in the J7 plus is probably one of the most advanced I've seen. I was so impressed with the performance of the J7 plus. Last week I've bought a second J7 plus for my upstairs part of my home. Now I'm a happy owner of two J7 plus. I highly recommended the Iromba J7 plus.
It met our expectations. Did a reasonable job of mapping. Granted it only works where it can get to accessible spaces. Limited to width of vacuum. To do a better job in areas like dinning room some preliminary prep is required. I put chairs up out of the way. The keep out zone is a good feature. With a little time they can be scaled to minimize the amount of space to avoid. Overall we’re satisfied. I do the prep of moving chairs , etc before I leave the house , leave Roomba to do the vacuuming then put things back when I get home. This isn’t a big job. We have an 1100 sq ft apartment and it takes about 5 minutes.
We are very happy so far with our new roomba j7..it picks up dog hair very well.fairly quite while running. Self empties very well. This is our first IRobot so are pleasantly surprised at how it goes from bare floors to carpeted areas so well.
I got the i7 as I wasn't to impressed with my Shark iq. I have had it 2 days and it's already mapped my whole apartment (it took the shark 25 runs) It is so smart and avoids cords and obstacles. I am so very impressed with this vacuum I would recommend to anyone. it does a amazing job!!
This Roomba never gets stuck. The adaptive learning feature is great. I love seeing where it has cleaned after on the app. iRobot really upped their game putting this unit out.Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to automate their household cleaning routine.
I am so happy I chose this model. It works perfectly! I have one device that I just move around to different floors in my house. It has mapped each floor perfectly! It is surprisingly loud when it empties the bin, but I'm used to it now. It does get stuck under my dinning room chairs, so I just put them on the table while it's working. We are a household with four people, four cats, hardwood, carpet, and tile. It has no problems managing all of our mess!
