I bought a similar one of these a few years ago and it wasn't great. This one has been brilliant. Great for the kitchen aswell.

I bought this mat to make pressing for my quilting easier. Works well and is convenient, if you put a towel on top and something underneath to stop heating whatever you put it on.Unfortunately, if you read the care instructions, it tells you that you need to use a cool iron on it. Rather defeats the purpose of an ironing mat!
What a great little addition! I had received one of these when i purchased a Iwantar Iron. I have recently purchased another one to go with me on my campervan travels!
