I got a bottle of this as part of a promo. The Pink Lemonade flavor is outstanding and perfect to dump into a 20oz or 32oz water bottle to sip on throughout the day. It makes your water more enjoyable to drink and the benefits are wonderful. I had a slight increase in energy and clear thinking. Also, combined with a strenuous lifting program I actually did shed some fat around my sides as my obliques are more noticeable. Directions say to take 2 servings a day. I did 2 servings on gym days and 1 on off days. I would think 2-3 bottles combined with an exercise program and clean diet should give you the results you are looking for. This is my favorite brand of L-carnitine. It tastes great! I take a shot every morning during my contest prep, usually starting with the 1500 and then as I get closer to my show date, I switch to the 3000. Definitely recommend it. Great product. I have tried some other brands and some taste nasty. This one however tastes so good, you look forward to it.
