Excellent product! The mixed berry is delicious. It's similar to a five hour energy, but actually a little better. I like the variety of l-carnitine found in this particular product. Each has it's on particular benefits, but the blend her provides optimal uptake and effectiveness. Price point is pretty solid as well, especially for the flavor and amount of l-carnitine per serving. Other brands have capsules at a lower cost per serving, but 1/3 the dosage.One downside is that it does need to be refrigerated after opening.

I got a bottle of this as part of a promo. The Pink Lemonade flavor is outstanding and perfect to dump into a 20oz or 32oz water bottle to sip on throughout the day. It makes your water more enjoyable to drink and the benefits are wonderful. I had a slight increase in energy and clear thinking. Also, combined with a strenuous lifting program I actually did shed some fat around my sides as my obliques are more noticeable. Directions say to take 2 servings a day. I did 2 servings on gym days and 1 on off days. I would think 2-3 bottles combined with an exercise program and clean diet should give you the results you are looking for. I received this from iSatori to test and review. I have taken a few other liquid L-Carnitine products in the past, and the flavor of Mixed Berry was one of the best I've ever tried._x000d__x000d_I would take this before my fasted cardio in the morning, and could feel extra endurance and energy throughout my run, and felt better after as well. Recovered a lot quicker too, my legs weren't an achy-wobbly mess after a 5 mile jog._x000d__x000d_I would take the second dose around 3pm, used it as a stim-free pick-me-up during long work days. I would definitely purchase this in the future!

I've only ever used L-Carnitine ( itself ) in around a 1500MG dose, or if it was in my preworkout so not sure I have just a whole lot to compare it to!Flavor is super solid! Mixed Berry is where it's at. Honestly hard not to wanna down more than the recommended dosage. I did as the bottle suggests for the most part, 3oz. 2X a day. Usually took one dose in the morning and one dose before a workout. Around the last week I up'd it to 4oz. ( about spilling out of the cap ) for the remainder of the bottle. Carnitine has shown to be effective in fat loss, so although I haven't noticed anything visually, I feel it's working in supporting my fat loss journey.
