This stuff is so good. I can’t get a thick milky protein shake down without feeling gross, but this stuff is so refreshing and light. I can easily get my 20g protein in after a workout and it’s awesome. Highly recommend. Flavor is spot on too. A little bit of an after taste but I actually don’t mind it! Only thing that sucks is you only get half the container full and the price has gone up a ton in the last couple years. :/

Looks weird, like a white frothy lemonade, but tastes like a strong lemonade. You will have to add sweetener to make this sweeter. Also, you will have to use at least 180 degree heated water( I had to use an electric kettle) to heat the water for this. Stir, let it sit, then stir again. Add your ice after it is totally dissolved . Otherwise this powder clumps up really bad and will not mix or dissolve well. I used a Blender bottle and room temp water at first. That didn't work. This product really reminds me of trying to mix matcha if your don't have a bamboo whisk or frother..very hard to mix and get all the clumps out.

The flavor is good, but I think it’s really hard to mess up citrus flavors to begin, with so this was a safe flavor for my first time trying. It’s great honestly, it’s a nice refreshing break from traditional protein powders/flavors like chocolate and vanilla. Definitely makes hitting my protein goal easier, especially mixing it with sparkling water and some extra lime. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is cause it leaves a bit of a weird aftertaste/texture that’s not super pleasant. It’s REALLY powdery so be aware when scooping/mixing.

I have tried all their flavors & am absolutely in love with this product. I have read lots of comments about how it doesn’t mix well. I’m so glad I didn’t allow those comments to keep me from giving it a try. It has never been a issue for me when I shake it in my shaker cup. It does get foamy but if you prepare it & leave it in the fridge for 5 min it’s completely gone. I toss a lot of ice in it & it’s beyond refreshing. I was having a hard time consuming enough protein to keep my muscles growing. Since Incorporating this drink into my macros I have hit my protein goals daily. 10/10 recommend. The less water you add the sweeter it is. So if you don’t want a overpowering sweet flavor add more water. I use 16.9 Oz & it’s perfect. It has a pretty good taste to it. Only thing I’m not a big fan of is that it doesn’t mix too well. I have to use slightly warm water to completely mix it up or else there are clumps left behind. I do a smaller amount of water than normal (warm) just to get it mixed and then I add cold water with ice. Very refreshing once it’s all said and done. It also foams up quite a bit so you have to let it settle for a couple of minutes. If it’s on sale, I recommend trying it. If not, there are probably others that are better for the price point.
I was super excited to find a protein powder that was not a thick, milky consistency but this is not it. This stuff is nasty! It is sour and has a bad, slightly bitter aftertaste. I'm guessing from the stevia. I even tried mixing it with some juice instead of water. It barely helped. The artificial sweetner taste is just too strong. It also doesn't blend well, even in a shaker bottle as the instructions recommend. I will definitely not be repurchasing.
I add 2 tblsps of Monk Fruit sweetener to this and it tastes just like sweet lemonade. I can't give it 5 stars because this stuff blends horrible. I have to take 16 oz of boiled water in my electric kettle, blend this powder with it, then let it sit half an hr before I can even use it. I just go ahead and pre-blend it 30 min before I want to drink after my workout. Otherwise, this product is a change of pace from traditional whey workout mixes. Just wish it provided more servings for the price :(
It’s very expensive for the amount you get. Package is oversized for the amount put in it. You can see the powder level when the seal was still on it. Protein drink has a pineapple-like taste, which doesn’t have a chemical or artificial flavor aftertaste. That’s nice, but it definitely doesn’t taste like fruit punch in the traditional way. Powder required excess shaking to completely mix and was mildly messy. I’m glad I tried it, but I probably won’t buy it again based on the price vs. quantity.
I’m not a fan of protein shakes at all. As a result, I couldn’t consistently drink them. I’m not a fan of the creamy milky look and texture. I purchased this product because it looked like a juice.I was skeptical at first and began drinking it fast to avoid the taste if it tasted bad. To my surprise, the BEST protein drink I’ve ever had. It reminds me of a Starbucks refresher.Side Note: Shaking this drink alone may still leave clumps. I used a blender and it turned completely white from foaming up. It took about 25 minutes to settle but it was perfect no clumps after. Moving forward, I’ll make the drink before my workout so that it can be ready when I finish.
Good macros Taste is a bit weird, not the flavor, but there’s definitely something artificial & chemical about it. Kinda in the same way that protein powder is weird and processed, but I find it more tolerable than protein powder. It’s less noticeable when mixed with a seltzer. Dissolving is a challenge. I suggest using a blender bottle and leaving it for an hour or two after giving it a good shake. Shake every once in a while til it’s all dissolved. If you use seltzer, shake with caution.
