Although I've come to really like these tea bags, they taste nothing like the matcha many of us have come to love. They give me great energy but are very similar to normal green tea bags. Even with milk, these tea bags are not very potent. Would recommend if you don't like how strong matcha tastes, but want to try out the flavor.
