Unlike some of the other reviews, I managed to get to around my 200th hole before I noticed obvious signs of trouble. The handle was bending under the not unreasonable pressure of each squeeze. At around the 250th hole they completely fell apart. I'm talking, multiple pieces. The spring twisted, the little bit that aligns the hole ran away and the handle just sort of went floppy. It was very sad. Especially since I only had about 40 more holes to punch.

If you're here checking this review then I hope you take my advice because I did check the review first and it was 1 star and I didn't believe it. So.. do not buy this product! We bought this hole punch for punching laminated papers and it broke in under 3 days! We didn't use it much, only like maybe 10-20 times. We then had to replace it with the cheaper one, the Keji brand one that's $1.98. It's alot cheaper and alot better, we found that it punches way better and it didn't break, it's alot more durable! So don't be fooled by the looks and pricetag!

Bought this and struggles to get through 1 sheet of paper without the handles bending .Waste of money
At 4 holes punched the spring and paper guide fell out, by 9 holes the handles had bent rendering it completely broken and unusable. So much for "durable metal construction", I have arthritis in my hands and still managed to bend it out of shape. The first photo used to advertise this product is not a photo of the actual product either.
Broke on 2nd hole. Complete waste of money unfit for purpose
