Dear Customer and OfficeWorks, I bought this a month ago, it seemed great at first, but started drastically wearing after only a couple of uses. I researched the materials used to make these, and they are really bad for quality and the environment. Polyester is NOT biodegradable. I found this other company, called KitCo, that makes better quality, longer lasting laptop bags that are even made out of eco-friendly materials. Sincerely, Amanda.

Bought the item less than six months ago. The part that attaches the bag to the strap is low quality, it broke out of the blue and could have potentially damaged my laptop. It is not like I am carrying 20 kilograms inside it. There is no warranty for this product, and such information is only available online, not in store.

I bought this carry bag about 6 weeks ago. It's a ver nice bag bur let diwn by the inferior design of the carry strap. The anchor of the carry strap is held together by a small mild steel clip which shears off. I will be replacing mine with spring steel soring clips which can be bought dor a few cents. The manufacturer has only saved a few cents by using inferior materials in this product. It"s a shame rhat Officeworks would accept such a product and not test it before ordering. This bag is not capable of carrying a 17inch laptop with its current strap design.
