Your packaging is totally deceptive.The map of Australia on the box would indicate it’s a product of Australia when it’s not.It’s made in a sweat factory in China???There is no country or origin on box or wrapping.How to destroy a well established brand by being dishonest.

90gsm is so much nicer than 80gsm

Using 90gsm for general office and production paperwork. The extra weight makes the paper more durable and nicer to use

Environmental concerns

I found this copy paper a little thick and disappointed that I was not able to purchase recycled paper instead and/or this brand is not recycled.

I didn't expect it damaged when sold

Pack was torn underneath (I don't expect to rotate and look at the integrity of an item off the shelf) and first 30 sheets deformed as though the pack was up against another pallet. Not clear that it was Burrows or Officeworks or freight.

Paper too thin - jams printer

This 80gsm paper seems to be too thin and slippery and jams the printer about every third page. The 90gsm paper in this brand may be better but somehow the 80gsm from another more established brand that I usually use seems thicker and doesn't get jammed.

Poor quality

Every packet of paper was open and the boxes had all fallen apart. Very poor packaging. The 5 boxes we had replaced came back in the same condition as the first 5 boxes. Will not be ordering this brand again. J. Burrows changed the packaging and I think it is the worst decision they have made, did not have a problem before then.

Printer jammer!

This is the first time that i have used this paper, previously always using Reflex. I am really regretting it and have now relegated any leftover to my kids for art work. It will only print 2 - 3 sheets before jamming the paper feed tray. I will never use again nor recommend

Printer/scanner jammer

I use HP and OKI multifunction printers and this paper jam both of them. It has tendency to jam the auto-feeder when scanning multiple pages that use JBurrow paper. It also has a high tendency to jam the printer if there is 5 or less paper in the printer tray.What I realised is the texture of the paper is so rough (compare to Reflex). This cause JBurrow paper to stick with each other and the auto-feeder can't separate the pages.Wasted so much time and ink trying to rectify paper jams caused by JBurrow.

Very poor quality

I have had my Epson Workforce printer for two years and have always used Reflex. In that time I have never had an issue with my printer jamming.The first time I loaded the paper cassette with this paper, it jammed, in multiple places through the printer.

Where Have You Been All My Life?

I have spent the previous 6 years of my life using 80gsm A4 and have only just recently purchased this 90gsm paper... It. Is. Amazing. After only 2 drawings I am already in love with this paper and its comfortable weight. The increased thickness allows me to get deeper colours and greater contrast without the paper tearing from soaking in too much ink. This paper is absolutely amazing and has no flaws for artwork.
