I was able to stand for longer period of time without much pain in feet. Larger area and message features helped to keep me bit active as well. Could be little cheaper.

Within 3 weeks of purchase I experienced the same as another review writer, the raised bumps are coming away from the mat. This is my first anti-fatigue mat & I find it sufficiently comfortable (better than standing on hard tiles) but I am a little disappointed with the quality. I don't see it lasting its 8 year warranty. I would recommend with caution.

I enjoy standing on the mat but have noticed that the little bumps are failing and breaking off from the mat. I have not had the mat for so long that I expected this to occur already - I appreciate that eventually there would be some wear and tear.

Glad I upgraded from a more basic mat. Super comfortable and options to stretch feet etc. Can't comment on long-term durability, as I haven't had long. I hope it lasts. I can use this working all day, and it feels great at the end of the day
I bought this to accompany my new sit stand desk. It is an essential to allow you to go the distance. I love the extra features. Great to stretch calf muscles and foot arch and it’s so comfortable to stand on for lengthy periods. I am so happy with it! It made my sit stand desk a worthwhile investment.
I don't have a standing desk but I wanted to buy a footrest for my normal desk at home, so I decided to try this. I wasn't expecting much but I ended up being very pleased with it. It's quite comfortable and all the bumps and grooves feel good to move your feet across. The slight elevation also makes my desk generally more comfortable to sit at without having to lower my chair. The mat makes it easier to keep your legs and feet active while sitting which can help prevent muscle soreness if you're sitting for long periods of time. The texture of the mat is a little rough if you're using it barefoot, but with socks it's very comfortable. I'm sure it works well for a standing desk, but it's pretty good just as a footrest too.
Very comfortable to use with my sit-stand desk; enables me to move about while still being in front of the screen; the shapes in different parts of the mat give my feet and legs different positions and stretching of foot muscles. Highly recommend.
