The plastic packaging with the pens is screwed to the back of the whiteboard- I tried cutting it off with scissors and cut my finger.

Brought this item for my PhD. It is a great size and is still quite portable considering.

Purchased this two weeks ago. Poor quality and poor materials used in this whiteboard. The backing is made of chip board which is warped and flexing. The right hand side frame has a small ding which we noticed in-store, looks to be from package straps, but that is not that noticeable. We mounted it to the wall as per the accessories provided and it does not sit flat. Due to the backing chipboard flexing, it sits away from the wall as per photos. If your budget allows, we strongly recommend to move to a steel backed board. We cannot leave this up in the office as it is embarrassing quality.
