the design of the cap is so poor that after the first use you will end up in damaging the top of market and it will defeat the purpose of using next time.Quality of ink is good.Eraser is not magnetic

I bought three of these caddies. 5 of the 12 markers were completely dry, and the others are just so-so. The eraser was quite good and the magnets adhered to the board well. Just know when buying that you will need to get better markers to use in the caddy. Our Faber Castel refillable markers fit our version perfectly.

Everything was works as intended, magnet held well, all 4 markers work good. Extremely well priced!
Bought ten of these and the magnets are not strong enough to stick to the whiteboards. Have arranged for a return which was a very easy process. Thank you officeworks. Shame about the product.
Good idea but very poor quality. Opened the package and the green marker was already dry and did not work at all. Two of the other marker points were already damaged/split and difficult to write with. The only marker that did initially work went dry within a couple of days. Eraser left shadow of writing removed. Caddy/holder did stay magnetically attached to board ok though. Should have realised this brand is poor quality, as some items bought previously (for company/office) were also very ordinary or broke. Will avoid buying any J. Burrows products in future. When I find the receipt I will try to return and buy a decent brand instead.
Holders and eraser are great but all markers tips went "fluffy" 1st use. Same on all 4 sets bought
