I’ve had many shredders over the years. To date this is the best. Machine doesn’t cut out after 5 minutes like all the others I’ve had. Easy to empty into a garbage bag without making a mess all over the floor. I feel safe with my grandchild near the machine.

Our work office brought a different shredder (Not this one) a few weeks ago, it got jammed with paper almost everyday. After it happened over and over again, I suggested returning it and found this one had great reviews. This one was only $60 more then the last one we got but this one is so so so much better!!!!This one is quiet, has a see through area so you know how full it's getting, hasn't jammed yet and has an easy pull out tray for waste. It's a great hight for sitting on a chair and shredding, it also has wheels if that helps anyone.For this price, I am so happy.
I bought this product after a bit of research and price comparing. This shredder does everything that I wanted into to do, including working continuously and shredding staples, pins and paper clips. I would have liked it to shred more than 5 sheets at a time but since I knew this before purchasing I cannot complain. I have used it rigorously over the last few weeks and it s working a treat.
Excellent security shredder but a little slow, can only handle 6 A4 pieces of paper, so its more of a 'shred as you go' type unit. For the price and security features, I think its a great product
I bought a smaller shredder and could only shred one page at a time and even then would jam. This shredder is FABULOUS! Because the shredding is tiny, we can put it straight in our compost. It doesn't overheat, jam and just keeps on going. As well, it's sooooo quiet! Absolutely love it! Thank you. Can you let me know if there is a pdf for the manual that I can store online?
I bought this because of the P5 security rating which produces very small shredded pieces. Came home and used it the same evening shredding a stack of random documents which roughly amounted to around 300 sheets and it filled the bin nicely with finely cut pieces. Also poured it into my compost bin (FOGO) with no hassle at all. Didn't even need a liner bag although had to wipe it down afterwards as it was bit dusty from the cutting.
Bought just three days ago, but already proving to be the best shredder for home office that one could hope for. So quiet. Just does the job without fuss. Micro-shred is so small and secure. Have completed a couple of 'runs', each of a couple of hours continuous use. Didn't even get beyond slightly warm. No jams. Just great. Previous reviews were correct. Excellent value-for-money. I've tried many shredders from Fellowes but had to keep replacing them after a short period. I decided to give this brand a try, and I've been very happy with it. It runs and runs without shutting down due to overheating. The large storage bin is great , and it's not noisy.
