My old shredder died long ago. I needed a good shredder as I was getting rid of lots of old bills and general 'áddressed' paperwork. Works great. Have cleared 2 buckets of waste already. Good feature is the overheating light.....it comes on and stops shredding. Turn off and let it cool and away we go again. Well worth the money.

It simply didn't exist, until this one! To have this level of security in the past you had to pay through the nose, and they were much bigger than you would want to have at home. This one shreds to a tiny cut, and it also rolls nicely under the desk when not in use. It's pretty quiet compared to other shredders I've tried, and it's fairly quick too when you consider the size cut it achieves. No heavy motor at the top to lift when emptying. Just slide it out with its castors to be near you. Fast and quiet and shreds into tiny micro pieces which takes a lot longer to fill the bucket. It is in the front with a window so you can see just how much is waiting to be emptied. Previously I have had 2 shredders and this one is by far the best to use and the best price.

This shredder is true to its description, easily shredding up to 8 pages for 10 continuous minutes. The unit doesn't get as hot as other shredders I have used and comes with a warning light to indicate when it starts getting too warm. The micro cut pieces keep even the most sensitive documents secure. As far as shredders go, it is a lot quieter than most shredders and the bin is very generous, and easy to empty with or without a liner. Being on wheels, you can conveniently move the unit wherever you need so you don't have to move piles of documents to the unit itself.Compared to similar products, it is definitely good value for money.
Robust performance. Handles 8 sheets of paper with ease. 10 minutes of continuous bulk shredding is ample for me. Wheels are a great feature, as it can be moved easily anywhere for shredding. Doesn’t get hot as my previous shredder. Has a handy letter opener on the top right hand side of the unit.User manual has sufficient information on how to operate the unit.This shredder is louder than my old 55 dB shredder, with tester this unit reads 65 dB. Being hyper sensitive to sound 65dB is still tolerable.I highly recommend this shredder. Excellent quality for the price.
A lot quieter than other shredders I have used. A high level of security with very small micro shredding. Easy pull out 17L bin. 10 minute run time compared to 3-4 mins with other nearest priced brands. Has a warning light if it gets hot. The letter opener on top is a real handy feature. This is quite a substantial unit. Standing at 540mm compared to others I have owned in a similar price bracket. Large 17L pullout bin, however, being on wheels, it is very easy to manoeuvre. Great value for the home office or small business and with a lifetime warranty.
One of the things I bought for my COVID office. I am not a heavy user and it has been faultless so far. I am not convinced that I wasn't sold a reconditioned or returned unit though. That was a bit annoying. It has a looooong warranty from memory which is good. I do think shredders generally are pretty expensive for what you get.
After looking for a shredder of some quality and reading the reviews that people had left regarding this shredder I purchased one. Yep it lives up to expectations. Great shredder, can put up to 8 pages in and it does staples as well. Micro cut so no chance of reading anything that has been shredded. If you are looking for a shredder don't look past this one.
This thing is a blast for the price... For starters, it comes with a lifetime warranty! On top of that, it's quite as a Mouse, as hungry as a Great White and keeps on running like a Melbourne Cup Stayer, so when you read 10 minutes on and 30min rest it's true!! If you have a serious need to shred documents that end up in shared recycling bins or the like, this thing shreds vertical and horizonally and ends up like mini confetti. Can not recommend this item enough for the price and ease of use. 10 out of 10. Great job J Burrows!!
Now in lockdown, I unpacked my new shredder, determined to make a dint in some confidential paperwork I needed to shred. I filled one small garbage bag, and had been giving it rests as it needed. Was worried I'd glimpsed a staple, so put the shred function in reverse. Was a false alarm, so proceeded to start shredding again, except the machine is now stuck in reverse and will no longer shred anything. So that was an expensive exercise in getting a couple of handfuls of paperwork shredded. On hold to Officeworks now, and hoping a click and collect exchange can be arranged.
