I bought this product today having had other JBurrows equipment that has proved to be value for money. These are not. Like the other low star reviewers have mentioned the microphone on this device is extremely inconsistent - to the point of not working. It literally worked for 10 minutes, stopped working - I changed ports on the computer and it worked again for 30sec before stopping again and not coming back.

Tried two other Officeworks products for a temporary option while finding a permanent headset but in-ear headphones were uncomfortable and one was crackling. Ideally I'm after wireless but in the meantime this headset is perfect, great mic quality and perfect headphone volume, the USB option also provides a better quality connection to whatever device you plug into. You can also flip the headset for the mic to sit either side of your face and it has great flexibility so you can easily adjust to your liking. Overall, its an awesome product and is a nice lightweight product. Highly recommend :) If JBurrows brings out a wireless option, I'd 100% purchase it. (Please do)
Just returned one of these headsets to Office works. The microphone keeps turning itself off. All will work fine for a short time then you cannot be heard. This may only be for a minute or it can be terminal. I hope I have better luck this time.
Bought 2 of these for my office and both had the same issue. the microphone suddenly stopped working after 10 mins of my zoom call. Will be heading back to office works for a replacement. would not recommend getting this product.
I bought this last week and used it the next day for Team calls. Halfway through my first call, the microphone stopped working. Officeworks, why are you still selling this dud?
There is a common theme in the feedback of this product. The microphone stops working in a relatively short period of time. This was the case with my product. If you unplug and re-plug it will work again only to fail shortly after. I hope to return for a full refund. But no longer have the box.
I've given one star for each ear piece. The sound quality is good. However, the microphone is woeful. Apparently I sound like a 'Wookie' or other harsh, raspy sounding sifi character. I keep quiet so not to insult the hearing of my team mates. As a fully functional head set I would rate it a one out of five. It is a disappointing recent purchase.
Having worked in call centres for over 20years I have found this headset has a great tone - sits lightly on the head with no constriction. Would not be suitable if you are wanting noise cancelling. Excellent value for money.
