This is the second one I have purchased to use for work. After years of use, my last one died. I ordered the same one because I know that it is comfortable and the sound quality is good. Sometimes when I am talking to someone, they can hear conversations happening around the office very clearly. I have tried different kinds but it's important to me for it to be comfortable and stay in place. I highly recommend it!

I use the headset for work. I wanted something simple that would allow me to get up and move around without a cord. It was easy to set up and use. Fairly comfortable on the ear. It does hold a charge for about 6 hours or so. I haven’t tried it longer than that, as I do want to make sure it is charged for the next day. All-in-all, it is a good headset that has allowed me more freedom in taking calls.

If you're looking for a no-frills, affordable bluetooth headset, this is it. It's not fancy or anything, which I like. It connects very quickly to my iPhone 8. The negatives: it causes discomfort after wearing it a long time. It tends to disconnect without warning (no alert/chirp/beep when it does). The volume/audio could go a little bit louder. I recommend if you're not a 24-7 bluetooth wearer.

Has great sound quality and the mic is great at picking up my voice and not other sounds around. Easy to connect to your phone. Battery life is about as advertised; I only charge it once a week with moderate use. In terms of comfort, not something you would want to wear for 8 hours a day, but I can wear it for 3 to 4 hours without much discomfort. I wear it without the plastic loop around my ear, and it stays put well with moderate moving and bending. Overall, great BT headset and I am very happy with the device.

Its not gone flat yet, but I do charge it up every evening.Sound quality is great for both sides of the conversation, which in my experience is unusual. Phone calls with people who are usually quite critical, have been very impressed with the clarity of the calls. Range is okay as long as you are in direct sight of your phone, but put a wall, or part wall, in between and connectivity is lost. A bit of a pain when I move from my desk across the hall to the kitchen. Unfortunately the earpieces that I have found that cope with walls the best have poor sound quality. Im not convinced that its got a 30 metre range, but Ive definately been able to move 1520 metres away with nothing between it and the phone before the dreaded disconnected voice notification.I did have a slight problem when I first started using it because Siri didnt work with it. Holding the button for two seconds just resulted in Siri coming into action for a split second and then going off. After Googling I discovered this was an iPhone problem that is solved by switching the phone off and back on. That resolved the issue and its been fine since. You only need to do this once.I did find it annoying that if you are on a call, Google Maps directions speak over your conversation. Id assumed it would mute, like music should, but it doesnt. You can stop Google map directions from coming through the earpiece all together, which I have now done.I downloaded the app, but I havent found it particularly useful.

The battery seems to last more than 3 hours before needing to be recharged. The volume is good and the voices are clear. It is very lightweight and doesnt drag on the ear. The earpiece is very soft and comfortable and fits over the earhole rather than in it. The clip which goes over the ear is also comfortable, but comes off easily if adjusting in a hurry. I put the whole thing on first, adjust it and then put my glasses on over the top of the ear clip. All seems to stay in place, even when I tripped in a pothole and fell headlong on the path. I love the quality of this blue tooth. It is reliable and not too expensive for the quality. The blue tooth has a nice soft texture feel inside the ear. It doesn’t take a long time for a complete charge. I purchased four for the family and they them. I am going to purchase one for my mother. I used it everyday and it hold a charge for hours. I am giving this blue an outstanding rating because it’s worth the money and my time using it. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to rate this product.
The sound is low quality at best. The earpiece hook is not very adjustable and thin a puts a lot of pressure points behind the ear. The earbud is semi-soft and not comfortable. The extra earbuds are the same size and texture. Pairing was not an issue and a single charging lasts all day. I purchased based on lowest price and that pretty much says it all.
There's nothing much I can say. It does what I need it to do. receive and redial calls. In my opinion it produce's good sound quality. My callers can hear me just fine and I can hear them even better. Jabra is a brand that I've stand by, I've had several different styles over the years and I don't see any reason in the near future to change. It comes with two ear loops and a few ear cushions for comfort. I'm use the medium ear loop works better for me and is extremely comfortable. The battery last for about a week with consistent use. However, I do turn it off several times throughout the day when I'm not using it.
I bought this a few weeks ago.The unit is easy to pair. The volume coming through the piece is very low. In a quiet room, the reception is fair. On the highway, which is when I would use the ear bud the most, the volume is almost inaudible to the point that I must turn it off, remove the piece and revert to using my phone to carry on a conversation. Am currently looking on the internet for any ideas on how to adjust the piece but haven't found any yet...
