(EDIT 8/14/19) So I went back to them and tried changing the eartips to the bigger ones then the smaller ones and damn the smallest ones did the trick!! Has great seal with great bass once you find the right size eartip for it. It has excellent bass and sound to!! I would now totally recommend these. However 2 of my 3 original cons still stand. The neckband is a bit big so cant put in pocket but can fit nicely in a backpack or bag though. The rubber piece on the eartip didn't really mess up the seal like I originally thought, except it was the eartip size that was the issue. However the rubber bit still makes it a bit uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time though. (OLD REVIEW) I bought the Jabra halo smart few years ago and its starting to wear down now so I figured I would look for a new pair and I found these. However despite being the higher end model compared to the halo smart, I'd rather take the Jabra Halo smart over these. Pros: Neckband can fold and be adjusted to stay around your neck and I love it (so far Jabra is the only headphone maker I've seen that does this with their bluetooth around the neck headphones) Long battery life even in standby mode Its quite discrete specially if you put it under your shirts collar Cons: Neckband is a bit bulky so cant put in your pocket Eartips have a weird big piece of rubber made to go in your ear to make it stay which makes it uncomfortable after awhile (Jabra halo smart just slips in your ear with no need for that big rubber thing) Because of the big rubber earpiece thing it doesn't offer a great seal so doesn't sound as great as it should (compared to the Jabra halo smart) - *VOID 8/14/19* Overall I think I'll just keep these as a back up and buy another Jabra Halo smart

Overall: As a 3 device Android user (OP6T, Pixel 2, Galaxy Tab S2 8), these are the best wireless earphones I have tried so far. They are comfortable for my ears, sound good for bluetooth, and mostly seamless to use. The biggest gripe is that the left earbud sometimes doesn't connect after taking them out of the case, requiring me to put it back in and take it back out. The Jabra Elite 65t isn't perfect, but is very good. Pros: - Sound is ok for bluetooth earphones; the bass is is better than I expected - Call quality has been a big pro as I am on business calls a lot; I never have complaints when I'm walking down the street or in the office - Works great with bluetooth 5.0; the connection is strong with very rare drops even on a windy day standing on the train ... MoreOverall: As a 3 device Android user (OP6T, Pixel 2, Galaxy Tab S2 8), these are the best wireless earphones I have tried so far. If you can, try before you buy because I can see how these can be uncomfortable - Discrete looking (but can be a con because people will assume you are able to hear them) - Battery lasts me all day for the earphones for on and off listening and several hour long calls; I charge the case once per week Cons: - Left earphones sometimes require reinsertion to connect - Bluetooth 4 or lower experienced more drops when outside on a windy day - 2 apps to get the earphones connected with my phone Minor Gripes - Working with multiple devices at the same time is hit or miss (works with Galaxy Tab + OP3 at the same time, but only works with OP6T or Pixel 2 alone) - Hearthrough feature is not that effective - Micro USB instead of USB C - Buttons do not feel 'premium'; they require slightly too much force to utilize the volume buttons IMHO

I have read many of the reviews on here prior to purchasing these back in the beginning of this year. I have waited a few months before I wrote this review to truly understand how well they do or do not work.A few interesting points I noticed when I first started using them. The sound quality is very dependent on the settings you have set-up with your cell phone. I use a Samsung Galaxy S9.First make sure that you adjust the equalizer or sound settings within your phone....This had a profound effect on the sound quality and volume I was experiencing.Second they come with different sized rubber pieces I found that I had to try all three before I found a size that truly fit well in my ear.Third, I use mine daily in the gym, and when walking campus on my way to ... MoreI have read many of the reviews on here prior to purchasing these back in the beginning of this year. They work incredibly! HOWEVER when I am in the gym and sweating too much I do find the one ear "slides" out of it's spot a bit. I simply dry off my ear, and the ear bud and I'm good to go again. Not a major pain or inconvenience as I manage my expectations of how much I sweat when I work out.Last but not least, the app - Overall it's pretty good. However as I mentioned at the beginning of this review - Utilize your phones equalizer instead of trying to control the sound through the Jabra app. I found I really couldn't get the sound quality or volume level I wanted out of them until I adjusted the phone equalizer for headphones first instead of trying to do it through the app.Battery life, durability, and the charing case are fantastic! I have no complaints.

I purchased my Jabra 25e headphones in July,2019. I used them for an entire battery cycle (full to empty) and after that was unable to use them again. Battery will charge but not hold a charge so they can't be used. Took some problem-solving with Jabra customer support for them eventually to warranty the headphones that I used for a month. Problem now is that they have to produce more stock before I can get a new pair. 1 month of use - 2 months (and counting of waiting with no estimated stock timeframe).Pros:The buttons were responsive. The audio was good.Battery Life was good (when it held the charge)Cons:Mentioned above #1More weight tailored in the back of the neck which caused some bouncing and the unit to fall off my neck during runs.Overall:This ... MoreI purchased my Jabra 25e headphones in July,2019. Spent a lot of time researching about this category. Ended up with these and they are great. in the beginning they became uncomfortable after 40ish min but after 2 weeks i can keep them in during the whole work day without discomfort. They are great for working out and have never dropped out my ears. Sound is great but havent anything to compare it to other than the AKG ear buds that come with samsung phones...appears to sound the same to me. only annoyance is that after a while of the buds being off and not stored into its pack only the right one will work and you can reset it by placing the buds back in the case and out. Also to pressing the buttons on the buds pushes them into your ear which doesnt feel too good so best way to go around that is grab them with two ... MoreSpent a lot of time researching about this category. Would definitely recommend. I guess the others got bad batches. had mine since mid Dec and no problems... apply for the best buy geek squad thing and if anything goes bad with them theyll just replace it i guess. hope this helps some1 make a decision.
It's been two months I started using Jabra - Elite 25e. I will be as honest as possible while writing the review.first good thing:Battery is very good compared to other blue-tooth earphones. No lag in connection while connecting two devices. Sound is OK but better than Boat, muvi & other earphones in the same range. Bass is medium which is pretty good for me. Quality of wire and that bar thing which goes around your neck is impressive. When battery is low it does not make irritating noises frequently like other earphones . You can charge it for 2 hr and it can go for even 2 days. Price is affordable not too highDrawbacks:Mic is not that impressive. The bar that goes around your neck gets loosen up while exercising. Does not work properly on your laptop if wifi and bluetooth connected at the same time. The ear hurts after 2-3 hr. Not comfortable while listening in sleeping position. Volume is bit less. medium noise cancelation..overall, if you are looking for something affordable, and you like soft ( not high bass music) then you should go for it.
I’ve been using these ear buds for 5 months and overall I’m satisfied with the product, even though it took some time to getting use to (first time using wireless). These are truly wireless so obviously be careful when using them (especially if you have long hair!). I use them primarily for listening to music to and from work. In order to use them properly you must download the app which the developers will make updates and read the reviews. Here’s a breakdown of my review: Sound Quality: You have an equalizer you can play around with. There were no popping sounds from the Bluetooth connection. I only had a few instances when I couldn’t hear music for a split second. Battery: No complaints. The company did accurately describe the battery life. I only had a few instances when I couldn’t hear music for a split second. Battery: No complaints. The company did accurately describe the battery life. I’m able to go 2 weeks without having to charge them. Charging Case: I didn’t consider it an inconvenience carrying it around. It’s small and light, a bit on the bulky side. Comfort: If you twist them in properly, they won't feel like they're falling out. It doesn't feel heavy or uncomfortable. Noise Cancelling: It’s hard to hear outside noise with them on (you still can hear a little bit). So I would say the noise cancelling is decent. No static, popping sounds, etc. Features I Use/like: 'Hear noise' option in the app; when you pull one ear bud out, it will stop the music; equalizer; Conclusion: They're expensive but I have made the mistake before with cheaper ear buds (wired Bluetooth). I'm not really sure about calls, as I've only called once and the person had a hard time hearing me (I was on the bus). I consider these one of the best wireless ear buds.
I recently lost my last Bluetooth earpiece the Plantronics voyager (mono) which I really loved other then the bulkyness or weight of it so I had to find a new replacement. It lasted 4 years and was still going strong. I need a good phone earpiece with good phone call quality for both parties and after reading through many reviews, and seeing it for sale at my local Best Buy I selected the Jabra 65t. After a few days of use I love it and am amazed at the quality of this set of earphones in such a small micro size. I had to use the smallest tip though to fit my right ear otherwise they 'pop' out but it does feel snug now like I can go rollerblading. The sound is pretty good too,not the best I'm sure but you can adjust the equalizer within the app and it has a feature ... MoreI recently lost my last Bluetooth earpiece the Plantronics voyager (mono) which I really loved other then the bulkyness or weight of it so I had to find a new replacement. I overall love all the features this headphone offers and nice having stereo with no cords. It fits nicely inside the ear and comfortable to me wearing for long periods of time. The call quality is excellent and exactly what I needed.
I really loved these headphones, until one of the buds stopped working and no sound came out of it.Prior to this pair of wireless buds, I had the Jaybird X3 with the cord connecting both earphones which I found personally to be much more convenient, however, those also broke after less than a year, and their replacement ended up breaking within a year too. The case of the Jabra buds also broke about 4 months in and I had to secure it shut using a hair tie in order to charge the buds. Below are the pros and cons that I experienced with these buds:Pros:-Excellent seal (when not sweating), very noise isolating-Cool features (removing one bud to stop the music)-Good battery life-No annoying beep when you lower the volume all the way-Connects instantly ... MoreI really loved these headphones, until one of the buds stopped working and no sound came out of it.Prior to this pair of wireless buds, I had the Jaybird X3 with the cord connecting both earphones which I found personally to be much more convenient, however, those also broke after less than a year, and their replacement ended up breaking within a year too. Really like these earbuds, i have used soley with my iphone (7 and then XR) over my time of ownership, and these work great. I bike to the gym, and i have absolute confidence they wont shake out of my ear. Some reviews complain about comfort and i guess every ear is different but the medium ear tips were the perfect size for my ears. Comfort-wise there was a little getting used to but i hardly notice now. The audio pass through feature seemed like a cool idea but is only good if you want to hear ambient noise around you; I found if anyone wanted to talked to me i had to take the headphones out to properly hear them. I haven't had an problems with sweat harming the earphones in the gym, and wear them while they are snowing, but avoid using them in the rain even ... MoreReally like these earbuds, i have used soley with my iphone (7 and then XR) over my time of ownership, and these work great.
