I've been pretty impressed with these. They block noise pretty well (I usually wear them while studying on the train and they quite effectively muffle the overhead announcements and conversational passengers), the sound quality is decent, and they stay in my ears really securely (I was sceptical at first but they've never fallen out, even when running!). I've been most impressed by how they isolate my voice in calls - I've made phone calls while walking next to a super busy road, and the person I was talking to heard my voice crystal clear without any background noise.I also like the hearthrough feature when I need to listen for something (eg. when crossing a road) but don't want to take my earbuds out - since it would be quite easily to lose these if I don't put ... MoreI've been pretty impressed with these. I've been watching and waiting for earbuds like these for some time. I've had them for a couple of weeks now, in the office and gym, and I think they are really good. They are lightweight, fit very well, and sound good enough for use in a noisy environment.Their charge lasts for hours, and the charging case is a nice feature. The noise cancelling isn't bad - there's a little high-pitched noise when there's a lot of external noise, but it's still way better than having the noise cancelling turned off. The HearThrough feature works well too, giving you the ability to have a conversation without taking them out of your ears. But most importantly, for what you get, the price is great. My only complaint would be that pressing in the buttons on the flat sides to ... MoreI've been watching and waiting for earbuds like these for some time. I bought these today and love them after using them for the first time. Although I have some Bose soundsport, and Powerbeats, which are both awesome, I bought the Active 4’s mostly for the higher waterproof rating and long gym sessions. The sound is great, the app very useful and the noise cancelling feature works a great. Really great earphones for the price (on sale they were a bargain) and sit well and comfortably in my ears. Extremely happy!!

Good points and bad points
8 November 2022

Phone call clairty is excellent at both ends of the call.Audio quality is great for listening to music etc.Comfortable but too big for pillow ear - which is probably better for your health anyway.Negatives:I do not like needing to find the previous device in order to disconnect before I can connect with my currently chosen device. Bluetooth will not connect even if the previously connected device is out of range.Noise reduction seemed non-existent. I tested around traffic and then on an aircraft using perfectly fitting ear rubbers.

Great buy for the money
15 September 2022

I already owned a pair of Elite 3's and were really impressed with quality of sound, fit, volume, ability to use just one bud when I wanted, and their very complete set of hand gesture controls. The Elite 4 active's are a step up, especially in terms of blocking outside noise and mic quality for phone calls. They were also great bang for buck, since the Elite 5's were coming. My only complaints are the feel of the hand controls - pressing the buds for controls is a bit hit/miss, and the hear-through feature could be clearer

Just get some
25 July 2022

Jabra? Had never even heard of Jabra but they certainly have my full attention now! My main goal was to purchase some Bluetooth headphones to rid myself of the deplorable music selections at the local gym. Well, they’ve certainly done that and then some. Comfortable to wear and have never once felt like they’ll fall out no matter how vigorous the work out, the app is intuitive, noise cancelation is certainly acceptable at this price point and the sound quality and depth of sound is most pleasing. Very impressive equipment at an equally impressive price, just get some!

Not worth the money. Comparable to $30 headphones

Positives: Fits nicely and comfortably, does not feel too big or bulky in my earsHas a push button instead of a touch sensor which I really like personallyNegatives:The base is atrocious. Extremely shaky and rattly. Very low qualityThe sound itself is very poor and I would compare it to the $30 headphones I've purchased in the past. Definitely not worth $100 for the quality of soundThe app that does not work. I restarted my headphones multiple times and also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It will not get past the finding your headphones and initiating screen. There is no user manual on how to actually use these headphones, you have to go to the app, which doesn't work. So unless you've owned them before, good luck figuring out what the motions are to ... MorePositives: Fits nicely and comfortably, does not feel too big or bulky in my earsHas a push button instead of a touch sensor which I really like personallyNegatives:The base is atrocious. They are cheap and low quality. I bought a pair of JBL tour earbuds immediately after and they are fantastic just what I was looking for, even though they are bigger and don't fit so well in my ears. Or spend a little more money and upgrade to Bose. Definitely don't waste $100 on this.

They're almost the best earphones... almost...
2 August 2022

So I am on my 2nd pair as I lost my first after a year of using them. They honestly are awesome if you are looking for gym headphones that sound amazing and actually stay in your ear. When I have these headphones going I honestly can't hear anything else, even in a busy gym.But.. with both pairs I seem to have an issue where the sound on either of them will fade out and be really quiet to the point where I'll have my volume all the way up and just be able to hear the music but then all of a sudden the sound will go back to normal but then back to quiet. I know it's some sort of defect as there's usually a lot of static when it goes quiet but I don't know why. Never got em wet or anything. All in all definitely a good product but comes with its flaws just like any ... MoreSo I am on my 2nd pair as I lost my first after a year of using them. Unbalanced!
17 July 2022

Overall quality is OK for the price. The NC is fine to muffle ambient sounds. The button for power and to skip tracks, answer calls etc requires a big click which ends up pushing the bud right into your ear - really uncomfortable. The reason I've stopped using these is the sound balance. It's biased 80:20 to the right bud. I switched to make sure it wasn't my hearing. Nothing I tried via forums helped and there's no balance control in the app.
