Item received in good condition. Suitable for long hours online meeting/conference. Comfortable for ears no pain. Perfect in noice cancelling. U can still talk in a very noisy surrounding. Sound quality is just so so. The main reason of buying Jabra is the noise cancelling feature. No doubt on it. \nCons: The mic can only at right side.

Works great with MS Teams. Comfortable on ear even on long meetings, and good sound quality! Best headset I've used so far.The only slight negative is the chord is a bit stiff and gets in the way whilst typing. Other brands I've used in the past have softer chords which loose their pre-packaged kinks after a short while of use, but this is still kinked in the same way after a month of use despite trying to unkink it regularly. I guess its more down to using better quality cable than my previous headsets, and will thus last longer than previous ones as a result. Its a shame the wireless version is so much more expensive than the chorded version, otherwise I'd swap as the headset is great otherwise.

I bought this for zoom calls that will be recorded and we need to sound semi okay on the recording. It seems to work okay for that (we are not talking audiophile recordings here.)I'd purchased a cheaper headset and it was SO uncomfortable, I stepped it up and got this one. It's an improvement, but I still wish it was cushier on my ears.It was worth it to download Jabra Direct to control some of the features. Like the annoying busy lights. I work at home and so I don't have any coworkers to disturb me on calls and the red busylights look like alien eyes on the side of my head. So I was glad to turn it off. I like how the headset mutes when I flip the boom mic up.

So many issues with the headset. Chopping noise, loud noise. I am using it for WFH and I receive complaints daily. It is a shame that I bought $215 worth of headset only to find so many issues.
I was so excited to get the Jabra headset having read good things. The sound quality is great and so is the mic, but the mic sometimes just stops working mid-call. I'm good with IT so understand all the settings, it just seems to drop out. Unreliable which is one main thing I need it to be!
When listening to video playback or music playback, the audio would drop out completely every 3 to 5 seconds. Also the volume would reduce randomly during playback. I believe the drivers/software for the usb interface were the problem, but after multiple uninstalls/reinstalls, attempts to adjust all configuration parameters I could find, I could not eliminate these problems. Thus I returned these for a refund. I would not recommend these. I ended up getting a Corsair HS60 pro surround headset instead which uses the 3.5mm jack/interface and it is performing extremely well.
I purchased this item in the hopes it would cure some problems I have using my existing audio devices, which are the AirPods Pro and Microsoft LX-3000.Pros:- With the mic off, music playback is good, comparable to the AirPods- Fit is reasonably comfortable- Side tone is pretty cool. I had never used a pro caliber headset with this feature before, it is handy to hear how you sound clearly instead of muffled through the earcups.Cons:- When the mic is activated, music volume goes way up and quality decreases. This also happens on the AirPods because of Bluetooth limitations, but there is no excuse with this cabled headset.- Mic is not adjustable and sits very close to my mouth. Depending on just how the headset is placed on my head, it can actually make contact.- The mute button does not work. Raising the mic does mute as expected, but the mute indicator light on the cable fails to activate (tested on Mac and Windows)The bottom line is that I would not choose to use this headset over the $40 LX-3000. I can accept a few gremlins in budget products but for the price this needs to perform better and I have now returned.
The first day I wore this headset for work, my head hurt by the end of the day. It's heavier than other headsets I've used. It was also tight (and I don't think I have a big head). But I stretched it overnight. By that I mean I placed the headset over the packaging box almost like it was on someone's really big head for 16 straight hours. The next morning I pulled stretched it by hand - very wide. And yes, I was nervous the whole unit would snap. It didn't and after some more manual stretching and another overnight box stretch it was looser and didn't feel so tight. As far as the features are concerned, it works great. I like that the boom mic mutes and unmutes when raised and lowered on my Teams calls. The red light indicating that I'm on a call is a nice feature. ... MoreThe first day I wore this headset for work, my head hurt by the end of the day. It's heavier than other headsets I've used. I work from home full time and usually have one to three meetings per day. I also access a computer using screen reading software which means I'm wearing these pretty much the entire work day. The on-ear pads are very comfortable. There's a wide range of adjustment which is really nice. My only minor gripe is that while not pinching much on the head, I get just a little bit of discomfort where my glasses sit on my ears by the end of the day sometimes. Given the way the headband is built in the middle, I'm not confident how far I could try to bend them outwards to deal with this. That said, they are very comfortable to wear 99 times out of 100. I also really like the shape of the ear pads. The sound quality is reliable and excellent. I also really like the shape of the ear pads. The sound quality is reliable and excellent. The passive noise isolation is great. I sometimes share my home office space with my wife and she can be having a normal conversation behind me and while I can hear her, I'm not distracted and can't really hear what she's saying. The noise cancellation provided by the microphone is great. I played a few recordings of myself and I don't hear any background from our furnace running or my dog rolling around in the background. No one has ever complained about background noise on calls with me. I have the USBC variant and connect it to my work computer through a dock. I've never had any connectivity issues. To summarize, I can highly recommend these if you are looking for a comfortable set that you can wear all day, don't need active noise cancellation in the speakers, and are looking for a wired headset.
The description says: "It features state-of-the-art Digital Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), the latest chipset and its outstanding noise isolation." No it is not. Not even close. There is no ANC mentioned anywhere although some YouTube videos even "tests" it. From Jabrs's site: "Put on your Evolve2 40 and feel the noise around you instantly fade, as the isolating foam oval ear cushions and pioneering new angled earcup design work to effectively block out your surroundings, giving you outstanding passive noise cancellation." That is basically not true, only blocks minimal noise e.g. street/heater still quite disturbing. More or less useless in a noisy (home) office.
