I've never worn a pair of headphones that are more comfortable. You can easily wear them for 8 hours and never even realise they are there. The sound is totally fine, obviously configured for speech, and very clear. The microphone however is completely underwhelming. I have a 15 year old pair of $20 USB headphones that have a better microphone. Now I have to get them out again when doing any voiceover recordings because the Jabras are just below an acceptable standard to do any type of voice recording. I'm more baffled than disappointed. Why would they skimp on the microphone when everything else is such high standard?

Editing to add: After more time with this headset, they're more trouble than they're worth. The mic will start out great but then often fall back to sounding scratchy and robotic to people on the other side of a Zoom call. And playback is sometimes choppy over these headphones when others work fine. Everything on the latest firmware. It's probably a software issue, but that doesn't matter if they don't work. I wish I'd bought something else. This was my first impression:Good audio quality on the mic, and very easy to set up and use. But if you wear glasses, especially plastic frames with a bit of heft, wearing these headphones for a whole work day will make your ears uncomfortable.

I bought this for zoom calls that will be recorded and we need to sound semi okay on the recording. It seems to work okay for that (we are not talking audiophile recordings here.)I'd purchased a cheaper headset and it was SO uncomfortable, I stepped it up and got this one. It's an improvement, but I still wish it was cushier on my ears.It was worth it to download Jabra Direct to control some of the features. Like the annoying busy lights. I work at home and so I don't have any coworkers to disturb me on calls and the red busylights look like alien eyes on the side of my head. So I was glad to turn it off. I like how the headset mutes when I flip the boom mic up.

so I upgraded from 75 evlove to this. Best investment I made. This has an app where you can change how you hear your surroundings and tweak the sound. Very comfortable on head and ear if your gonna work 8 hour plus , then this is a great pick up for you. I charge it every two days on 8 hours a day of work. If this headset is not economical for you then please take a look at the 75 evlove. The difference is the mic, the 85 is better for best clarity for every call, on the 75 certain calls clients would tell me your not coming in clear on the 85, I have yet to have a client say otherwise.Pros:MicBatteryComfort for long period of useCons:PriceNoise cancelation should be better based quality for the price
I currently have a Jabra headset and thought this more updated would give me the flexibility of moving around while working. I do work in a call center and unfortunately this was a wasted product for me. The headset volume is super muffled for my liking, there little customization when it comes to fitting the device on your head and ears which overall makes it uncomfortable. It also slide down my head consistently. I would think that when having a larger head that this wouldn’t be an issue. The only plus is the fact that I can raise and lower the mic to mute the device and it holds a good battery life. I’m honestly hoping I can return it. Good service from Headset Advisor… not so good device from Jabra.
Love this headset, really comfortable to wear all day. Great quality. The stand is good for storage and charging. I do have to make sure the headset is on the stand properly so it’s charging but other than that it’s a great headset and stand. The customer service was great.
I love Jabra products, but I am already missing the old version of this headset. They are not as comfortable, the material makes my ears quite hot. I have also had some issues with Teams integration and automatic audio control/muting when you move the mic. I often have to move the mic up and down in order for the audio in Teams audio to work properly. It's very fiddly. Sometimes too much tech and too many options is more problematic. I would say this is the case with this headset and perhaps unexpected.
Linux compat perfect plug-and-play with the USB dongle. Good range, cover my entire house (5 m radius). Good signal stability. Good sound and micro. Very good battery life, usage average 3h per day and I only charge once per week, that is when I hear the battery medium level notification.Warning you'll need to install the Jabra Sound+ phone app to configure the headset. One excessively annoying config I had to disable via the phone app is the "auto-pause audio" which use the headset motion sensor to auto pause and resume audio. In reality, as soon as I move around the house with the headset, it turns off my music, super annoying.
I just talk and listen to people so I don't need anything fancy. I don't work with music or specialized sounds. However, I wish the microphone could be used on both the right side or the left. It's just on the right side. I prefer wired headset for work but I wish the chord was a tiny bit longer. With that being said, I'm keeping it, I'm not returning it. It's basically just fine.
I've been using it for about a month. It's meeting my needs and expectations.I'm in webex meetings for my job most of my day. I wanted something comfortable that I could use for work, but that also satisfied my desire for a headset for personal life. I needed something over ear and I really prefer to keep one ear open to the world around me.Sound quality is good. Mic is good. I get a little ear strain from wearing he headset all day, but frankly I expected that. I got the webex enhanced and I like that it interfaces so nicely with the controls in webex reflecting when I'm muted or not in the meeting. Delightful.I like that the bluetooth is active for two devices which makes switching from work to play easy. I haven't had to switch back and forth between the two and the couple of times I did I kind a flubbed it, but I haven't explored much to see if it's user error or complicated interface. The range in my apartment is acceptable. I can be about two rooms away from it. My apartment is long and thin and has a lot of brick. It does get pretty crabby if I get too far away from the computer. That's not a deal breaker for me though. All in all I love it, and for how much I use the thing, and how desperate I am to have my hands free and be able to walk about it's great. I love it!
