The coat was perfect apart from the sleeves are a bit on the small/tight side, especially if you wear a jumper underneath it. I did size up on this as well to hopefully compensate.

Ok so I’ve had this coat for about a month now and I can say without a doubt it’s one my new go-to pieces in my closet. Fit was good I’m 5’11 167 lbs and somewhat slim I ordered a small because I didn’t want the coat going below my shins and not fitting too baggy thankfully it ended up fitting pretty snug the ends of the sleeves sit a quarter inch below my wrist line for reference. The fit is not bad a little tight through the arms and shoulder line but if you’re taller or a little bigger size up. You can rock this with almost anything, I usually just throw on a tee under this and it still looks stylish as hell. Runs big. At least on my body. I am a size small. Comfortable and soft. I haven't washed yet. So, I can coment on that . But I am very happy withthe product!
Overall a very solid coat with premium feeling fabric and a nice slim fit. The only issue is that ASOS product description doesn't mention the contrast color on the underside of the collar, which comes in two shades: grey and burgundy. For me, I wear coats with collars up pretty much all the time so this was a deal-breaker. But I'll definitely consider other J&J coats if they pop back in my size, especially the asymmetrical ones.
Bought this last week for the fall season before it gets too cold. I made the right choice because this is honestly a little bit too thin for anything too cold but it wasn’t promised as a winter jacket so!!! It’s a good jacket for 40s-50s(with layers of course)
I bought this overcoat in size small, it was a little bigger than I expected and it fits more like a trench coat but that's not such a bad thing since I like my clothes a little bit longer however if you're a size small you should buy an extra small since these are long in length. Apart from that the colour and quality is great, I have worn it out many times and got a lot of stares and turning heads, the colour reminds me of wood so I always wear this with a wood type fragrance/perfume and it compliments the coat really well. Worth the money and a good buy, fit is long and not too tight but you can always buy 1 size smaller if you're short like myself (5"7) and would like a more snug fit.

i got in from sales and get nearly 50% off. im so happy with this purchase. im 1m68 and 60kg with slim-fit kind of body and size xs is perfect for me. waist is a little loose, but it is alright, easy to move, yet still have the wider shape of shoulder. material is good too. really no complaint
