In a word? SLICK! The first time we tried out the (2) 200-watt solar panels we couldn't get them to register on the "dashboard" of the main unit. I had seen a youtube video that I believe Jackery put out, but it showed the demonstrator opening the orange cap on the cable, pushing it to the side, and plugging it in with the other male component. Next time we went to look at the video, it's as if a new one had come out, and in this video, you do NOT pull the orange cap off; you simply plug it in. Worked beautifully!

This unit is very durable. The generator is mounted on rollers allowing it to be moved around easily, however it only weighs about 45 lbs. The plug in cords for charging are included, they are very thick and the ends are clearly marked. The solar panels seem easy to use but I haven’t tried them yet.
