I've used this product repeatably, is best cut with fibreboard saw blade and gives a seamless fixing free finish which is ready to paint.

Makes for really easy installation but a pain to cut due to the plastic inlay. I found only really a circular saw worked or probably a angle grinder because of the plastic Insert which prevented score and snap method. but once cut extremely quick and easy installation
