I was advised to take a vitamin c supplement from my doctor as I do not get enough from eating foods that contain it. I started with these as I find it easier to chew my supplements than swallow them. I like that these are easy to chew. The ones I bought were 500mg, Exotic Tropical Fruit Flavour. I do recommend that anyone taking these to first check with a doctor and be sure to take with food, as I found out taking on an empty stomach can make one feel a little sick. So do take with food. Overall, a great product.
