I love this sewing machine. I’m a newbie so it can be very complicated to learn. I’m not the best at tech stuff. But it’s an amazing machine.

Amazing machine

I love this machine, I have never owned a Janome before but with the manual and YouTube videos, I was up and running the first day! I feel this machine has the most to offer at this price point! Easy sewing and embroidery! It will make you look like a pro in no time!

Awesome machine!

I needed a new sewing machine to replace my older machine that I’ve been sewing on daily for the past 6 years! I’m so glad I stuck with Janome and added the embroidery feature. It’s been fun learning this machine so far! Shipping was quick and customer service was excellent!

Got this machine as a christmas present and I love,love,love it!!!! Had a new home memory craft 1500 for forty years that is still running and sewing and I knew it had to be another Janome machine.

First time owner

First time owning an embroidery machine and was surprised at how easy it was to use! Of course theres a bit of a learning curve but everythings there for you in the manual. Just wished it came with more hoops but this machine has provided me with hours of fun.

I Purchased my memory craft 9850 in end of July 2021, I love it! I even gave it a nickname Popeye strong to the end. It does not miss a beat. By end of 2nd week I sewn 1 Hand Bags, Machine Mat, thread basket, One Machine Cover; Embroidered a Baby Mickey Mouse T- shirt, traveling pillow case New York Giants logo for hubby. Working on my second bag .. yes my Janome memory craft 9850 is Pretty special. Thank you

I love this machine

This machine was so easy to learn. Received as a gift at the start of COVID. No training or classes, just read the machine and used YouTube University. I have been embroidering ever since.

Missing larger 5 by 7 inch hoop.

Very nice combination machine for a beginner. Most sellers include the 5 by 7 inch hoop. You also need to buy the straight stitch plate which this online company doesn't have listed. Pricing higher on this site. As with most machines, you buy many accessories which does add up.

Nice machine

This machine has lots of nice features. It was sometimes referred to as a "portable " machine. I think this is not an outstanding feature as the machine itself is heavy and so is the embroidery arm.

Very disappointed and angry customer

I haven’t been able to use it yet! You sent me a lemon. I have called 2 times now with no luck. I am tempted to return your junk and go to someone else!
