I have a problem with the bobbin holderā¦ keeps jumping out and jamming machine. Has been to technicianā¦ he replaced it with a different numbered bobbin holder, he fixed the stopā¦ sewed another 3or so weeks same thing happenedā¦ my problem is I bought it from the shopping channel and therefore have no one to take care of meā¦ please do not buy major appliance from shopping Chanel.
