Alhamdulillah.. Just received the bagpack today after patiently waiting for 9 days. The bagpack has durable material and stylish, perfect for everyday use. Lovely hydrangea colour. Found a tiny blue pen mark. Hopefully the seller can improve their way of packaging instead of toss the item into flyer bag without anything to protect the bagpack.

Good quality as i remember them...

I used to get JanSport backpacks when i was a child in grade school and all the way through highschool. I always remember that they'd hold up and were great quality. They are still that way today! I'd recommend spending just a little bit more for a better quality backpack that will last you and/or your family a lot longer than a cheaper version where the fabric falls apart and the zippers separate. These are truly good quality!

I've never been a purse user, and my foray into crossbody bags left much to desire. I've loved carrying everything I need in backpack, and backpacks are easily more comfortable to wear for me than purses are. I bought this because I adore celestial designs, and I love the quality that JanSport offers. I've been a JanSport backpack user since 1999 and have gotten my kids JanSport or Trans backpacks since they were in elementary school. The build of this backpack is nice, the zippers are large and durable, the pockets are nice and there's plenty of room for what I need to put in there. The front pocket zipper does give me a little bit of a fit when I attempt to go around the corners, and the zippers tend to get stuck on the large pocket, but they're strong and large, so it makes it easier to get it unstuck and zip it correctly.

Material looks and feels like plastic

I ordered this based on JanSport's history of solid backpacks. I didn't realize the bag's material made from recycled water bottles would be such a poor quality. It looks and feels like a cheap tarp with plastic threads. No internal pockets in the main bag. I've received better quality promotional items that are notoriously junky.

Perfect school backpack

This is great for lugging day-to-day school stuff back and forth. The straps are padded well, so it's comfortable on your shoulders. There are lots of pockets for things, as well as a deep pocket on the side for a fairly big water bottle. The canvas it's made of is good quality, and seems to have some sort of water resistant coating on the inside.

Piece of junk and horrible customer resolution!

Bought this backpack for my grandson for fifth grade. Got to school and the bag would not open. Teacher also tried but could not open. My grandson had none of his supplies for school for first day. Apparently the zipper is off track. Beware of return policy. Customer has to pay for shipping for a defective product, a form has to be filled out, and can take awhile to get it back. In the meantime I have to buy a new bag - will go back to the quality Pottery Barn backpack. I will never buy from this company again!

Superb!

The range of styles and the quality of these bags can only be described as superb. As well, they come in various sizes according to the volume expressed as litres. Most bags are fitted with bottle holders and a padded designated space for laptop computers. Straps on these bags have been designed for comfort and to ensure distribution of weight. Pricing while not cheap, ranges from affordable for most to higher costs reflecting the extra qualities of specific bags. If criteria is value for money then these bags fulfil this requirement.

The Unbreakable Pack

Buckle up for a fabulous story:I'm a freshman in high school, and before the year started, I needed a number of things, one of them being a new backpack. I searched and searched and I found Jansport. Through a series of unfortunate events, I ended up with a neon purple Jansport. I commend Jansport on their fabulous use of color. I did not know a color that vibrant could exist, but here I am with a backpack that blinds me with rays of purple. My best friend and I tested its visibility, and it can be seen clearly from over 100 yards away. This makes it very good for spotting a wayward child, but not excellent for high school. So I took it upon my self to try and damage the pack so I could have a reason to purchase a new one. This is the most unbreakable backpack I have ever encountered. I ran it over with a SUV- not even a scratch on the thing. I threw it out my window; it looked as new as ever. I left it outside in the rain for five days, and it looked the same as it did when I bought it. I stuffed it every textbook I own inside of it, and the seams did not strain. After all of these endeavors, I left it outside for the entirety of Thanksgiving break, and THE THING GOT BRIGHTER. It must have absorbed the light via osmosis or something because it baffled me.If you want to purchase a backpack that can survive being run over by a car and thrown out a third-story, Jansport is the way to go. These last forever

I got one for my high schooler 5 years ago and he still uses it to this day. Still looks brand new after a wash. So my 10 yr old asked for one. It will last him though college. Excellent purchase. Great quality. Light weight. Highly Recommend to anyone.

Tough stuff

I have been homeless for 2 years now. I bought my bag when I knew I was loosing my home. It has been everywhere with me through this journey. It has survived and withstood carrying my belongings and 4lb dog 🐕. It has seen rain, sleet, snow and oppressing sun rays. It has kept my things safe and attached to my person and is perfect for my little dog to tuck inside and sleep. It has been thrown over fences, tossed across pavement and even survived jumping from a moving car. The zipper messed up a few times but a little coaxing with some needle nose pliers and it's been perfect ever since. The design on mine is wonderful, I love it. I have never seen one like it ever.
