We had a larger speaker that worked like a concert. We were unable to find it for 6 months, so my husband decided to buy another one. In the process we found this tiny little round JBL speaker that sounds like a cathedral in comparison to its size. We are thrilled with the depth and fullness and clarity of this teeny little blue speaker. And it even has a little handle with a spring on it so you can throw it on your belt. Yes, it has a little weight to it. Good speakers do. We recommend this little guy for anyone. Good work, JBL, over many decades.

I bought this for myself to listen to my music while I am cleaning and doing things around the house. The sound quality is awesome. I love it. The base is great, However, this is the first time charging it, and the cord that the box says it has it is supposed to be a C type charging cord, but is not and will not fit so I had to find my own cord to charge it. I also don’t like the fact that there is no cover on the charging port and the Carabiner clip seems to be very loose. After reading reviews, maybe I should have purchased the JBL3 like I got my granddaughter for Christmas, or just purchase a Bose which I’m very happy with also. Very disappointed in JBL for not paying attention to what is put into the package. I love how easy it is to use.The fact that you can connect to your phone and use it as you main speaker in your room was a game changer for me! You don’t have to rely on a subscription or an app to use it.The clock and light are a great addition in my opinion.The sound is not the crispest, I would say it is like most of their portable speakers but when you increase the volume that’s when it really shines and rises above the rest!Better than Google and Alexa in my opinion.The design is very clean and slick.Also, ordered from the JBL website and they shipped it immediately, it took only 2-3 days to arrive.Highly recommended!

If I could give a no star review I would. I have bought two pairs of these headsets and all within a matter of a year the left side suddenly stops working. The first pair I bought I absolutely loved the sound and the fact I could be on a meeting for work and walk around the house and not lose connection. After a few months of use, the left side just stopped working. I checked for software updates, reverted software updates back, unpaired and repaired the headset to my computer but nothing worked. I contacted JBL since they were still under warranty for a new set.After the return process and informing them the left side stopped working suddenly, when they sent the new headset they assured me that this issue was resolved because of a faulty driver. I’ve tried everything - resetting, forgetting, repairing, cleaning; every suggested solution from every source I can find. The left earbud will pair for 1/2 a second & show on my JBL app & then as I pick it up out of the case, the signal is lost and reverts to mono mode. Continues to do this after every attempt at a factory reset.I invested in these to have a quality pair of headphones to use in a busy office. I bought these over the weekend from ALDI to replace my JLab Pops that have been good basic workhorse for two years but strarting to die. They are pretty garbage. My $50 J Labs sound heaps better. The sound profile on these are tinny and weak and the ANC is complete crap. It makes a weird hiss, and even with noise cancelling, they are so, so quiet (maybe they have built in ear protection??) ALSO my right earbud drops 20% charge as soon as you put in the ear!! So here I am replacing my old buds that are running flat, and these ones are already faulty! I bought these as JBL are a more 'quality' brand than JLab, boy was I sucked in!! I reckon ALDI bought a batch JBL were sending to landfill!!
A good durable, portable speaker with great sound quality and long battery life. I’ve been using JLB Clip speakers for years and have been very happy.This version however has a few drawbacks:-the clip is not as secure. I’m a gardener and usually wear it on my belt loop as I work. The new shape had less of a hook so it slides off easily if working in a tight area.-the new buttons are raised and thus get activated when I bump into things. I’ve had to turn it back on every twenty minutes or so when the power button hits my hip. The depressed buttons were much better for more active use and tight settings.
The JBL Clip 4 ECO is a speaker after my heart! Not only is it beautiful and practical, it is also made from sustainable, recycled materials. This is something I pay more and more attention to when buying new stuff. The speaker feels robust and is so in use. It lies firmly in place (does not slip because of the rubber strips at the back) and is water&dustproof. With children around, a drink can tip over or kids might play with water, so I find that feature very useful! It's nice to have your own music or podcast with you while on the go. i like the idea of the product but the only things that are bad are.- the clip part is plastic and was the first part to break moves back and forth in wrong direction from side to side kind of defeatnig the purpose and shape of product its called the clip 4 but the clip broke so ...-also not app compatible so no settings-its hard to find a sweeet spot its either too loud or not loud enough by level 4 its too loud in public-went on special days after purchase and denied rebate price-withought the wright silicone case you cant stand it upright-skip forward but no skip backi like the idea its great portable and waterproof but for the price i would not buy it twice if that should be the case
