I had cheaper JBL IRX 12BT which I learned is not bi-amped. When I compared the two, the high end on this speaker was noticeably clearer and it made my other JBL sound muddy. This was with all eq settings at unity. And, yes, it has angled back corners so you can use it as a floor monitor.

Bought a pair. One month into the usage there's a random crackling sound from both speakers main is at 0db and channel level is below -50dB. Self noise could be better as well. Digital controls make the usage more difficult. Not something I would expect from a device labeled "JBL Professional"

I ordered 2 after I read in the specifications (Bestbuy website) that it also works on 240v. I also spoke online with the bestbuy operator to be sure before ordering that it works on 240v and he said yes. When it arrived at the store, the surprise was that it only works at 110v. Very disappointed!
Small but packs a clear punch, with many adjustable setting, to fine tune your sound
I'm a working solo and duet musician/guitar player/singer and I was looking to upgrade to a more modern, sophisticated (not to mention better sounding) and quality single speaker system. I was concerned that the 710 might not deliver enough bass but after just a little tweaking using on board EQ and bass boost I was pleased with how much was coming from the 10" speaker even at low level. Of course if I ever feel my needs change and I need more I can always add the sub. Fit and finish are very good, substantial and tight. JBL makes stuff to last. I will most likely never test the limits of the 1300 watts so I'm pretty sure this will last as long as I need. On board controls are simple and navigation is easy using the color screen and intuative buttons, knobs and ... I freely admit that I have not delved into all the features, settings and controls on the app yet. Thus far I'm really happy with the product. Time will tell if it is as road worthy as it's predecessors in the EON lineage. I'm betting it will live up to that standard and beyond.
They sound good and the blue tooth control has lots of options
I use this speaker for home drum practice. The Bluetooth function is really good. It also works great as a PA speaker. It's very versatile. Would recommend.
I bought these for times I don't need the 715s also to use as monitors for my karaoke show . let me tell you these are great speakers
I love this speaker and its more sturdier than the 610...very loud...good for small or even large size events!
