The Overall look is pleasing to the eye also. The auto pause-play feature is too strong I found when trying to adjust the headphones for comfort the music would pause when I didn't take them off at all if you could adjust this with a update that would help. Talking thru phone calls sounds just like your Talking on your phone crystal clear. These would make a great gift for that college student, that gamer, even that frequent flier that wants to drown out the crying baby behind them. My gripes but Overall these are a good pair to purchase. Also still has the jbl sound that is always on point.

I purchased these on sale and have had them for a few weeks now, and so far I’ve been very impressed. I am not an expert in headphone quality, but as someone who just wanted something to use around the house while doing chores, cooking, etc. these fit the bill perfectly.I was surprised at how well the noise cancelling worked for me considering they are an on-ear and not over-ear variety. The very loud range hood in my kitchen just sounds like some light wind even when I’m standing right next to it.I can’t claim to be an expert in audio quality but my music and phone calls came through very nicely for me. They do pick up some background noise, but I think that’s to be somewhat expected for hands free calling, and it doesn’t seem to interfere with my conversations.I also appreciate that the controls are physical buttons and not touch controls. With touch controls I tend to accidentally pause music when I adjust the headphones or if my hair brushes them the wrong way, which can be annoying.As other reviewers have said, they can be somewhat uncomfortable on the ears if worn for a long time, but I think that may just be the reality of on-ear headphones. Since they are so adjustable I can usually find a good angle for them to sit on my head and not bother me for a few hours of wear. This is fine for me since I’m not usually wearing them all day.The battery life so far is also good. A few hours of normal listening barely seems to make a dent in the charge.Overall, I’d say these were a good buy, especially for the sale price.

Oops, JBL thought you took your headphones off so now it's paused until you manually press play again. Did you adjust your eyeglasses? Paused again, bucko. But if you remove the headphones entirely and expect your audio to pause, think again. You'll put them back on and it will have been playing the whole time. I guess the noise canceling is nice, except JBL decided that just in case you need it, there's also a feature that amplifies noise from the outside world so that it's deafeningly loud. And somehow this is the default mode of "noise cancelling" which defaults to ON every time you connect and is a pain to turn off because the layout of buttons on the headphones is not intuitive whatsoever. Honestly it's so bad that anytime I go to listen to anything I give up because all I can think about is how I miss my old Jabra headphones.
