Best ear buds I've ever used, with some initial quality gripes. Adaptive noise cancelling works better than I could have ever imagined. Background noise removal on the mics for phone calls is best in the business. Almost indistinguishable from magic it's that good out-of-the-box. Pinching the stem to stop or start playback takes a dozen tries to get the gesture right, and the response time is so high that typically when I do get it right, I've already done it a second time and undid the previous command without realizing it. Volume gesture is good though, allowing both volume up and volume down on ONE earbud unlike the previous iteration. I think these have a bright future once they get the kinks worked out.

I upgraded from Galaxy Buds Pro to Galaxy Buds Pro 3 (Great return value for my Buds Pro $100). I loved my buds pro, but had a few issues with it, like it slipping out of my ear if my head was sideways and having a hard time answering or hanging up on calls using the headset. Both those issues were fixed with this one! It fits very comfortable in my ear(s) and does not shift or slide at all when I tilt my head. I tried to shake my head and do a little run (Very short run, it's to hot), stayed really secure in my ear. The new options available in Galaxy Wearable APP are amazing also, the ability to custom adjust ambient sound by going through essentially a hearing test and it actually working was amazing!! I set the LED to blink mode, I'm indifferent between blink and ON, not a fan of fade, more like slow blink then fade.The add-on protective case fits very snug to this unit and definitely feels like it will protect my headsets case really well (really well), does not add much mass to the unit as a whole. It does have a small gap in the back to allow the covers joints to move, I imagine over time dust can collect in that area and need me to remove the charger from the case to clean after time, not a deal breaker however. It would have been nice if the protective cover increased it's IP rating, especially for the high price there asking for (I got the protective case as a bonus free add-on, I would not have paid $30 for it). FYI: The protective case top cap hinges are plastic instead of metal pins.Since I purchased this pre-release, I can expect new updates and improvement for a long time!I have only had this unit for 1 week, so no comment on long term use or reliability, except to say my Buds Pro are pretty much like new 3.6 years later

The outside shell of the right ear cup appears exactly like the outside shell of the left ear cup, but the right side is indeed a tap-able button that can be used to access your Voice Assistant like âAlexaâ or âHey Google.â A feature in the app named Gestures allows for you to customize button controls to your preference which is pretty cool.The Bluetooth pairing process is very quick and simple; I had no trouble finding it on my devices list. Before downloading the app, I listened to a song to hear their general sound and found it to be a fair sound with decent bass, good mids and clear highs for enjoyable listening. I enjoy listening to music loud and I think their default max volume is reasonable for not busting your ear drums.After getting a feel for their natural sound, I went ahead and downloaded the app and was blown away at the number of features available to me. In all, there are currently 15 features within the app that transform these headphones from good to great. This is where the real magic begins.For starters, you can see the headphonesâ battery percentage at the top of the screen once youâre in the app. Iâve listened for a fair amount of hours over a number of days since getting this pair and my battery is currently only at 70% and I have yet to have to charge them. On the box, it says that 5 minutes of charging time = 4 hours of music playback â which I find quite amazing.Next, the app gives you three different modes for Ambient Sound Control. Thereâs: (1) Noise Cancelling, (2) Ambient Aware, and (3) TalkThru. If you toggle between them in a room of silence, you seem to notice almost no change, yet youâll be surprised to find that each mode impressively allows you to hear whatâs happening outside of the headphones covering your ears. With Noise Cancelling, these headphones are good with blocking outside sounds. With Ambient Aware, you begin to pick up on subtle sounds like the snapping of your finger or typing on a keyboard. With TalkThru, you can hear yourself coming thru the headphones if you wanted to have a conversation without taking them off. I love this feature because you donât have to take them off or remove one ear to hear whatâs happening around you â and the beauty of this feature is that all three modes work while listening to music without interfering with the sound quality of the song. Quite impressive! Thereâs a setting called VoiceAware that ties into this feature as you can control the volume of how much youâre able to hear in the Ambient Aware and TalkThru modes.Thereâs a feature called Personi-Fi which is a feature that allows you to do an ear test which determines how well each of your ears hears certain frequencies, and the results of your left ear test VS your right ear test then tells the app which frequencies you may need boosted or compensated in your left/right ear so that youâre able to listen to custom-tailored and fine-tuned balanced music. If this alone doesnât make these spectacular, I donât know what does.The app has a 10-band EQ control where you can use a genre-based preset, or create and customize your own. There are 6 presets available and you can create multiple presets of your own as well. As an avid music listener as well as an Audio Mixing Engineer, this feature seals the deal for me.There are two features that, while different, help to boost and limit songs in terms of EQ and compression as needed to maintain a nice overall balance. Thereâs âLow Volume EQâ and thereâs âPersonal Sound Amplificationâ. I find these useful when listening to songs released pre-90âs as many older songs were not balanced from start to end based on how they were mastered.A really cool feature is the Spacial Sound feature which takes stereo recordings to another level by enhancing and expanding the width of a song. I like this because it allows you to hear a song in a more surround type of way similar to Dolby. Nice.Thereâs a Smart Audio & Video setting which I have yet to properly test as I rarely watch movies or shows on the phone I used to test these out â but I have no doubt that this feature comes in handy for the scenario between listening VS watching something.You are able to control whether music continues playing or whether it pauses when you take your headphones off, which I like that ability to control. At the top of the app, thereâs a Power button you can tap to turn the power off without having to physically touch the power switch on the headphones. Additionally, thereâs an Auto Power Off feature that you can set to 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours.There is a Left/Right Sound Balance feature where, if you wanted to, you can adjust to hear music more out of one side or the other. Normally, I wouldnât find such a feature needed for recreational listening, but at my job I have more people to me on my right side than my left, so this would come in handy for me in that way so that I donât miss someone speaking to me because I have my music going. Thereâs also a Max Volume Limiter you can adjust so that the loudest volume never goes beyond a certain amount. Definitely helpful for keeping your ear drums protected.Youâll find that the app also gives you access to Voice Assistant settings where you can select your preferred speaking language. Iâm not much in to Voice Assistants, so I didnât test this feature, though Iâm certain others would find it very useful.And finally for the app, it has Support for things like Product Help or if you need to Reset the app to Factory Settings.I also tested these headphones during a few phone calls and the quality is top-notch. I can hear others perfectly and was told that I sound crystal clear on their end.Literally the only thing I can say that was not ideal for me is that the headphones began to feel uncomfortable after wearing them between 30-45 minutes. I think if the ear cups were larger that this wouldnât be an issue as I have a different pair of JBL headphones with larger cups that I can wear for hours on end without discomfort. This would be the only thing negative that I can say about these.All in all, though â these headphones are really amazing and considering the sound quality and the great features by the appâs control, these could honestly sell for much more. Definitely a pair I would recommend to others.

On the box, it says that 5 minutes of charging time = 4 hours of music playback â which I find quite amazing.Next, the app gives you three different modes for Ambient Sound Control. Thereâs: (1) Noise Cancelling, (2) Ambient Aware, and (3) TalkThru. If you toggle between them in a room of silence, you seem to notice almost no change, yet youâll be surprised to find that each mode impressively allows you to hear whatâs happening outside of the headphones covering your ears. With Noise Cancelling, these headphones are good with blocking outside sounds. With Ambient Aware, you begin to pick up on subtle sounds like the snapping of your finger or typing on a keyboard. With TalkThru, you can hear yourself coming thru the headphones if you wanted to have a conversation without taking them off. I love this feature because you donât have to take them off or remove one ear to hear whatâs happening around you â and the beauty of this feature is that all three modes work while listening to music without interfering with the sound quality of the song. Quite impressive! Thereâs a setting called VoiceAware that ties into this feature as you can control the volume of how much youâre able to hear in the Ambient Aware and TalkThru modes.Thereâs a feature called Personi-Fi which is a feature that allows you to do an ear test which determines how well each of your ears hears certain frequencies, and the results of your left ear test VS your right ear test then tells the app which frequencies you may need boosted or compensated in your left/right ear so that youâre able to listen to custom-tailored and fine-tuned balanced music. If this alone doesnât make these spectacular, I donât know what does.The app has a 10-band EQ control where you can use a genre-based preset, or create and customize your own. There are 6 presets available and you can create multiple presets of your own as well. As an avid music listener as well as an Audio Mixing Engineer, this feature seals the deal for me.There are two features that, while different, help to boost and limit songs in terms of EQ and compression as needed to maintain a nice overall balance. Thereâs âLow Volume EQâ and thereâs âPersonal Sound Amplificationâ. I find these useful when listening to songs released pre-90âs as many older songs were not balanced from start to end based on how they were mastered.A really cool feature is the Spacial Sound feature which takes stereo recordings to another level by enhancing and expanding the width of a song. I like this because it allows you to hear a song in a more surround type of way similar to Dolby. Nice.Thereâs a Smart Audio & Video setting which I have yet to properly test as I rarely watch movies or shows on the phone I used to test these out â but I have no doubt that this feature comes in handy for the scenario between listening VS watching something.You are able to control whether music continues playing or whether it pauses when you take your headphones off, which I like that ability to control. At the top of the app, thereâs a Power button you can tap to turn the power off without having to physically touch the power switch on the headphones. Additionally, thereâs an Auto Power Off feature that you can set to 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours.There is a Left/Right Sound Balance feature where, if you wanted to, you can adjust to hear music more out of one side or the other. Normally, I wouldnât find such a feature needed for recreational listening, but at my job I have more people to me on my right side than my left, so this would come in handy for me in that way so that I donât miss someone speaking to me because I have my music going. Thereâs also a Max Volume Limiter you can adjust so that the loudest volume never goes beyond a certain amount. Definitely helpful for keeping your ear drums protected.Youâll find that the app also gives you access to Voice Assistant settings where you can select your preferred speaking language. Iâm not much in to Voice Assistants, so I didnât test this feature, though Iâm certain others would find it very useful.And finally for the app, it has Support for things like Product Help or if you need to Reset the app to Factory Settings.I also tested these headphones during a few phone calls and the quality is top-notch. I can hear others perfectly and was told that I sound crystal clear on their end.Literally the only thing I can say that was not ideal for me is that the headphones began to feel uncomfortable after wearing them between 30-45 minutes. I think if the ear cups were larger that this wouldnât be an issue as I have a different pair of JBL headphones with larger cups that I can wear for hours on end without discomfort. This would be the only thing negative that I can say about these.All in all, though â these headphones are really amazing and considering the sound quality and the great features by the appâs control, these could honestly sell for much more. Definitely a pair I would recommend to others.

I think if you know how to change regular ear tips you shouldn't have issues changing but think it's probably do to the design that some may find it difficult.Con: Battery drains fast even with ANC off, The case is suppose to provide more hours.Can be a bit comfortable, Ear tips can tear if not careful.Pro: Great sound, ANC(Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation) works surprising good and does make a difference, charging case can charge buds outside of charging the case itself if fully charged or partially charged case. I can here clear when taking calls. I have my phone set to automatic switch to ambient sound when I get a calls if using the buds.Note for Samsung Please but labels to verify the reviews such as [verified Purchased] and if people bought the item from Samsung .com.Note for people who're returning a damage product you can't expect Samsung to send out a New Product or Replacement until they get the return damage Product. I am writing this note because I am sick of seeing people down rating products saying how they had to send something back and why can't Samsung just send out a replacement or NEW Product. Also for people saying they never received the Buds3 pro do to delivery Pre-Order issues if you never received them how can rate them a 1 Star if you never used them. Samsung need to remove these people if they are not verified as a buyer. if they are verified buyers then they should remove their 1 star rating after getting their buds. If they return them their previous 1 star rating need to also removed because they no longer have the buds. Even better if the 1 Star rating is still there after returning a note should be put that they were returned.Remember you have to return the Damage item or Unit. I had once had to return two TVs. The first TV was defected with lines. Lucky it was still under warranty. Samsung did have an Communication issues saying they were going to repair the TV but it turn out they didn't have the part as they thought previously so I got a refund after sending the TV back and bought another TV. The Replacement TV that I bought was Damaged do to delivery. So a Samsung Truck pick up the damage unit and the box with it. I did have a Successful Second delivery without damage because Two guys instead of One showed up. So don't just give up if you have a damage, defected item, Unit and don't throw out the box out right after because you may need this if you need to return it.

Included in the box is a 3.5mm jack cable and a USB-A to USB-C which is nice, however the USB cable is extremely short, to the point that you wouldn't be able to use it from a normal wall plug without having something to rest the headphones on.Overall I am extremely happy with these headphones, definitely would recommend.

Normally these are plenty loud, especially for casual listening, but sometimes I wish I could turn them up more.Overall, the TUNE 670nc's are very enjoyable and have some great features that make them very useful for everyday listening.

I have "pokey" ears (think "Dopey" from Snow White), and the bulk of these makes them difficult to place properly. I bit the bullet and purchased these because my first gen headphones' battery case no longer takes a charge, though the headphones still will, and also have connectivity issues. These new ones have alleviated my old problems, but brought along with them some new annoyances. On a last note, the "360 Audio" doesn't seem to have the same sound quality as just allowing a song to play as it normally would. It had a tinny, almost grainy quality, and I have to make sure I have it turned off to properly enjoy music. The ambient sound feature, however, is far superior to the previous model, which I very much appreciate.

I do have a issue with the "Blades" (stem), for example, when trying to wipe my face the stem will get caught on my shirt or towel resting on my shoulder. The new pinch function is finicky as well; there have been several instances where I am trying to focus on my workout and change a song via the pinch, but end up pulling out the earbud completely. The stems also make it a little difficult to put back inside the case; that triangle shape is unforgiving and if you put it in the wrong way you'll have to take it out and readjust.Sound Quality: This is where I was going to call the Buds a step backward, but after making adjustments to the Equalizer (Dynamic is the best mode in my opinion, with minor adjustments) I changed my mind. The buds sound fantastic, super clear and crisp, strong bass. Overall, with the right technical adjustments, the Buds provide a cohesive listening experience. The 360 sound mode fell flat for me, if anyone remembers the old mp3 players that had the "Hall" sound option, this is basically what it is.Active Noise Cancellation: The active noise cancellation is a little disappointing; it was way better on the previous Buds2 Pro. But overall it will suffice, and I must say, the ambient sound mode on these is great; the weightlessness of the Buds combined with the ambient sound make it feel so natural, where as the Buds2 Pro made it obvious that sound was being pumped in.Battery Life: Using these for roughly an hour a day for 3 days and the charging case is at 63%, seems a little low in my opinion, and this was with the Blade lights turned off (I couldn't figure out how to turn them on), but now I suspect battery life will be lower with them turned on. One thing I liked about the Buds2 Pro is that they could last well over a week, even when the charging case was dead.Overall, the Buds3 Pro provide a decent upgrade coming from the Buds2 Pro, are they groundbreaking? Definitely not, but they do provide good looks and great sound.

I just never heard the fan in the bathroom until I walked into the bathroom with the noise canceling on and all of a sudden it's like there's a b in my ear. I tried using them while mowing the lawn and weed whacking and weed whacking was an extremely bad idea every time the weed wacker hits something it sounds like you're taking gunshots in your ears. The popping over and over is like firecrackers. I swear I've heard a conversation through a wall in a shop with noise canceling on. Couldn't tell exactly what they were saying but I could tell they were having a conversation. When I take the headphones out of my ears I couldn't even tell they were having a conversation. But I could tell they were having a conversation with noise canceling on because noise canceling was giving me a counter noise to their voice that sounded like their voice but it was not their voice it was just a weird noise to counter their voice that really wasn't very loud behind that wall.
