I dont know if its like this for everybody or if its just an anomaly. But ignoring this, its a 10/10. Hands down

The product looks good but in terms of performance it's kind of questionable. It takes too long to connect with my phone and is there any way to change the language of the product?+++++also after using it for a day, the thing would magically make some random noise. it's battery life is also short af and would just randomly turn off. I've found better quality earphones for lesser price tbh. never buying from this shop again.

Performance:not satisfiedBest Feature:color, sizeProduct Quality:below parI like the color of the ear buds, totally my type and it's size very handy. But I'm a music junkie. I like to feel the melody. I also pay attention to the bass, all the accompaniment and even the slightest tiny add-on instruments and dynamics of the audio. I could be an isolated case and it might be up to preferences so please bear with me. I'm just not quite satisfied with the performance of this ear buds. The accompaniment sounds clouded and definitely not as clear as my other JBL wired/and bluetooth earphones. Although I can hear vocals and I like the ear buds' appearance, this isn't the total package.

Lesson learned to not buy this again.

Don’t Bother

I have four pairs of earbuds (different brands) and this one is the absolute worst. Very short battery life; issues connecting or staying connected to bluetooth whether at home, in the office or on the go. The fit works fine for my ears. The sound quality when I’m able to connect to bluetooth is “ok.” However, not worth purchasing at all. And I’m usually not harsh with my reviews but these things were a waste of my consumer dollars. I can barely get through a phone conversation without them shutting off. I’ve never dropped them in water, mud, sand, food…I’ve literally never dropped them period. Don’t know why they are so poor. Don’t waste your time.

Not even 3 weeks in and they're internally broken

During the first week of using them, every 5-10 minutes both earbuds would randomly stop playing, then the right earbud would play after about 5 seconds and the left earbud would play soon after. This gets quite annoying after listening to music for 30 minutes or more. After two weeks, despite a fully charged case and earbuds, the sound was completely muffled (about 20-30% of normal volume) and sounded as if it was under a pillow. This had nothing to do with my MacBook/phone volume or Spotify's volume. The frequency of the earbuds also varied, ie. would be soft, then slightly louder, then soft etc. Overall, could not play more than 10 minutes of music without having problems and were basically unusable after two weeks.

Put simply, these earbuds are useless. They literally don't have a job. I don't know what use case they were designed for, because they do just about everything so badly.The sound is weak, the volume limit is low, and there is no seal, so you can't wear them anywhere there is noise, like a train, or in the city, because you won't hear your music over the ambient sound.But funnily enough, they leak so much sound, just not into your ear. So you have to be ok with subjecting everyone around you to whatever you're listening to.The physical design doesn't sit in or grip into the ear at all, so you can't wear them while exercising, or moving any faster than a meandering walk. You'd need to charge it multiple times to get through a day.The only use I've had for them is for listening to meetings on my laptop while working in my quiet home office.Issue after issue with the Bluetooth connectivity.They currently also constantly try to connect and reconnect while in the case, so I literally have to keep the case plugged in. Which works out, because again, I only have use for them while at my desk anyway.Honestly just a bad product with straight up deceitful positioning, that makes the shortcomings of the product so much worse.I mean, look at the branding, you guys promised me I'd be able to wear a beanie and jump around having a swell time with my earbuds.
