I'm a really big fan of the new Le Male Elixir by Jean Paul Gultier. I immediately noticed a similarity to Le Male Le Parfum. It smells like they took the iris note out of Le Male Le Parfum and replaced it with a honey note. The opening is VERY sweet! Once this dries down it smooths into a wonderful blend of vanilla, resins, tobacco, and honey. The listed note of lavender also stays strong throughout the longevity of the scent while the mint fades away. This scent easily lasts me through a whole work day and projects largely. It's definitely top 3 within the Le Male line.

So, this fragrance to me atleast is mainly honey and a slight, always there amber. and if you smell closely you'll also get vanilla and a sweet smell, maybe from the honey. Apparently, there is tobacco, lavender, and fresh spicy accords in this, which I do not smell. This easily lasts atleast 6 hours on me, while still being able to smell it!Projection is, for me, pretty intimate. I LOVE this fragrance. Normally i like more of a citrus and light type of fragrance but this one is definitely an exception to my norm. The scent is inviting, warm and goes with almost any vibe or mood youâre trying to set. I only received a sample size, so i cannot discuss how the visuals of the full product compare to its competitors. But the sample packaging was just as alluring as the scent claims to be. My only downside, which is why it got 4 stars, was on me the scent fades quickly. Maybe thatâs because of my skin type or the product but I do still want the fragrance to last even if at a low volume. In any case though this will definitely be added to my collection at some point as a full size.

I put this on around noon and didnât expect it to last until I had practice. I was outside for soccer practice and it started raining, and after the entire practice was over I had smelt my wrist and I still smelt the fragrance on me. Longevity is definitely great on this. I also love the smell of vanilla and honey. I would wear this more often in the colder months but I like it a lot so I would probably even wear it at night in warmer months. Iâm definitely considering buying a full bottle. This review isnât really focusing on the scent but I feel like if you enjoy fragrances for fall and winter, this is a pretty safe option to buy.
Le Male Elixir is a very strong scent that is appealing to many. When I wear this, I receive varied compliments especially concerning the smell. It is a unique mix of Tonka bean and lavender with a consistent projection. Although the projection is consistent, it does not give you a headache, and it is very pleasing to others. This is perfect for an evening out at a social event, a date, or just for a regular wear out. I definitely recommend purchasing this and plan to pick up a full-size bottle. ďżź overall the scent is Woody with a muted floral note. The scent is so refined. Even though it contains benzoin, it is not juvenile it is for the refined and mature scent lover.
As a fragrance lover, my biggest disappointment is when a fragrance doesnât perform well. Even if it smells amazing, a fragrance is oftentimes not worth it if nobody else can smell it. That isnât a problem with le male elixir. It performs great, lasting all day easily and projecting very well. It is obviously masculine, and has a stunning scent profile of honey, lavender, vanilla, and benzoin. Of all the recent elixirs to come out, this would be my favorite by far. The only reason I dock a point is that the fragrance could be seen as too sweet and strong, and I personally enjoy cleaner fragrances like LVâs imagination or Creedâs Silver Mountain Water

A lot of these designer brands are putting out elixirs now - some good, some not so good. But this one? WOW. This one is GOOD. I don't really like Le Male in general, but I LOVE this scent. The tonka and vanilla are very prominent for me, but the lavender comes through beautifully in the first couple hours of the fragrance. I would not wear this above 70 degrees as it'll be far too heavy for my preference, but this might just become my go-to winter fragrance.I'd give this 6 stars if I could.âââââ
Jean Paul Gaultier's Le Male Elixir is pretty awesome. Itâs like the perfect combo of sweet and fresh, making it ideal for colder months but honestly, good for any evening out. The guy behind it, Quentin Bisch, really knows his stuff, it smells great, lasts ages, and the bottle looks cool on the shelf with its gold details. The purple juice inside lasts for eternity, starts of minty fresh then dries down to an amazing combination of coconut and lavender. This is my first coconut scent and I will definitely be buying a back up bottle now! Itâs one of those scents that definitely garners attention!
Was able to get a small sample in exchange for a review.I was very excited to try this after seeing how much it was being hyped up. After trying it, I can see why everyone likes it so much. It smells really good. It has a vanilla and honey scent, but is not too overwhelming.It projects very well and lasts for hours (about 8+). I believe that this can be pulled off by both younger and older people. Would definitely recommend to anyone that was considering buying it. Even I am considering buying a full bottle some time in the future. However, all though I like it so much, ultra male is still my top choice.
I received the sample size to give an honest review. This elixir cologne starts off minty, sweet, and powdery. The mint dies down almost immediately. As it dries down, you can smell the warm sweet vanilla and tonka. I can see how this scent may be polarizing for some. âEither you love it or hate itâ I personally like this complex scent but would definitely not be an everyday signature scent for me. Being that itâs a warm and sweet scent, Iâd put this on seasonally in the fall or winter for a late night out or special occasion. The longevity of this elixir was impressive as I could still smell it on my skin more than 8 hours later.
