This was bought for my grandson who was going into hospital for grommets. He is 4. He loved it, even the monkey had a name band. It is really well made and so soft. As usual the service in John Lewis is superb.He carried it around and takes it to bed with him. It has a happy face. Highly recommend.

Our son has slept with two medium sized bashful monkeys since he was a baby (4.5 years). The shape and size is safe. Durable (can be put in the washing machine and has been held by the tail frequently). Purchased this small size as a gift, he loves "baby" monkey. Well made, cute, and very soft. There are 2 sweet jellycat monkey books that go with this well. Highly recommend.
I bought this for my six month old niece and she loves it. The monkey has a kind, friendly face and the feel of it is very tactile and the body is just the right size! Washes well...apparently!
This little monkey is adorably soft and just the right size for younger children. I bought this to gift to a 1-year old and didn't want anything that would be too large or rigidly posed for her to pick up and tote around easily. This fit the bill perfectly. I also appreciate that its arms are thin and long, again for ease of a little one picking it up. It's on the expensive side for a plush toy, but it was one of the few monkeys I looked at that had all of the features I was searching for.
Monkey is our favorite. My son doesn’t leave home without him. He is absolutely the softest and best to love. We can wash him and dry him easily to keep him clean when needed or when he has accidents. We just recently purchased the book to go with him and love that too.
This is a lovely cuddly toy which will make anyone smile. He's lovely and soft, not too big and has a super smile on his face.We know he is of high quality as our nephew has the same item and loves him dearly so much so that he is taken along wherever he goes.I have no hesitation in recommending him.
